Love my new washer. Clothes are cleaner. No more unbalanced load banging around. Love the agitator had the Samsung impeller before. Glad I chose the same machine but with the agitator. And much more water to rinse properly. Old machine hardly had any water in it I think that made a big difference. It’s quiet, I wish I knew how to make the end chimes louder

This one is quiet, I can relax when I do laundry. My old washer also had the sensing water level but it seemed like it didn't put enough water to clean the clothes. It’s perfect size for not just a family of four but also blankets and all types of bedding. And not just just it clean well but it is also quiet with very little vibration if any at all. The auto washer clean cycle is a nice feature, the anti vibration feature works great I like all the aspects of this washer and the price was a great bargain.

Not much noise when running the machine , while providing a gentleness with minimal vibration in the area my washer is stored.

Balance %26 mold issues. We bought a top loader so we wouldn’t have to deal with mold ruining our clothes. A year later and we have mold! We have used the clean cycle and tried vinegar and baking soda. All that does is release more mold onto our clothing for the next cycles. Where is the mold (soap scum) hiding at in this washer? It’s so frustrating!

Would give zero stars if possible. Can't do a simple wash (two bath towels) without going berserk. Would literally thrash and crash so loud as if it were the apocalypse. Would always get the UB error, rearrange the two towels a dozen times. An entire 8 hrs would go by before it finally tires out and decides to rinse. Would take it out and smash it with a bat if possible.

This washing machine is one of the worst I have ever encountered. You can barely fit two towels or a few light T-shirts inside. As soon as it starts spinning, it makes incredibly loud noises—so loud you’d think it’s about to explode. You might as well sit back and relax because you’ll be glued to it, worried it’s going to blow apart at any moment. It’s so bad that I feel like I’m risking my safety just by using it. Instead of making laundry easier, this model only causes stress and frustration. Interestingly, my friend has the same washer, and he’s had to buy a new one because the bad experience . Honestly, I’d give this product a zero rating.😡 I Will not recommend for anyone.

Samsung needs to issue a recall for these washers. The number of videos and complaints online is proof that this model does not work properly. The washer does not finish cycles, stops randomly for more than 10 minutes, and sometimes the water does not drain correctly. No matter how carefully you balance or sort the clothes, there is always some kind of issue with the washer. The website constantly blocks you from requesting help by repeatedly asking you to sign in after clicking Live Chat, Support appliance type, and other buttons, only to be told to sign in again.
