I was pleasantly surprised that this model was available at the price listed. The capacity is huge with a deep tub, and it has all the features that I wanted. My clothes are well cleaned and the operation is quiet. I ended up getting a second one for a rental property as well. Definitely recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, it was an excellent TEMPORARY machine(roughly 3-4 months). After which the balancing springs became rusted/corroded and just simply worn out. At this point the washer had become useless really without risking it violently shaking itself apart like a brick in a dryer. I'm sure that once I get new springs in the washer it will WORK like it did when new, however the rust renders it an antique for good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is large for washing large comforters and large loads. There are many preset load settings and everything is easily customizable. Once connected to WiFi, you can remotely start and stop loads, the system will also alert when each cycle is finished. It is a very adaptable and simply effective washing system.

Don't let the "Vibration Reduction Technology+ Quiet Anytime" fool you; this washer is noisy! For the price, it does the job. Be aware that it sounds like bolts and nails swishing around in there. The clothes did come out clean, which is basically all I need it for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basic washer without all the bells and whistles. The best thing about this appliance is the price. The not so good is that clothes don't seem to dry well in the spin cycle. When the cycle is complete clothes still seem very wet. This is unlike the results i had with my previous washer.

I have had this washer for about 1 year and every load I do, I get sooo frustrated that the spin/and drain cycles are sooo long.The washer spends a-lot more time spinning than it does agitating!! Heavy soiled clothes do not come clean because of the ridiculously short agitation time!! Both the wash and rinse cycles are very short and make up only about 1/3 of of the complete cycle....other 2/3 of the cycle is draining and spinning (yes, I timed it) It is very wasteful on water as well if you have started a cycle but want to change it, it drains all the (warm) water out before it starts the new cycle.... no way to save the water!! Such a waste!! Won't fill/run with the lid open, so adding to the load is inconvenient . If you want to add clothes and it is in spin mode, there is no drum brake and you have to wait for the drum to stop spinning/rotating which can be 4-5 minutes. It would be nice to have control over my own washing machine..... and not have to be frustrated by terrible design/programming/features .... and the product manual is a joke.....limited information Overall = Disappointed !!!
