From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this wasn't your average washing machine. The sleek, modern design looks fantastic in my laundry room, and the build quality feels premium and solid. But looks are one thing, performance is where this machine truly shines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is okay but is still very average. It doesn't make to much noise which i like, but the cleaning power of the washer is on the low end.. I have the impeller model which I really regret ever buying as washers that are top loaders need agitator. My main issue with the washer is the suspension rods are squeaking even on a self clean cycle and I don't over load my washer ever.

One drawback, dryer needs light inside. We had both in our house but moved out of state. Repurchased for our new home

I am not sure what to think about this washer. It is hard to get the loads balanced. The instructions about water level are confusing. (I have downloaded the instructions!) I don't like the way is twists the clothes after spinning even on the delicates cycle. It doesn't seem to have a "water level auto sensor " even though it shows on keypad. I had a front loader before but had so much problem with the mold on the rubber seal and in the detergent drawers. That was why I went with a top loader this time. So far I really don't like it. No too happy about that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The amount of clothes its able to wash correctly at one time is very ideal. It gets everything completely cleaned with the first wash. The lid lock feature is super helpful if you have little ones. The noise level is perfect and simple not a long song. Vibration is nice, not to much to where it makes the whole thing noisey.

My front load was mostly a nightmare with the only benefit being you could place a countertop on them. The ease of this top load far outweighs that benefit. It can be a bit loud but it's fine, no agitator means my comforters fit nicely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung washer is just great. It is quite, it does not twist my clothes and it is easy to operate. I like that a two-year warranty was offered for free at the time of my purchase. I would highly recommend this Samsung Washing machine.
