[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new washer and dryer set so we decided to get another Samsung product. The set arrived at our home and we're set up without incident. The washer has the tub with agitator in it. I prefer this over the front loader and also the agitator in the tub cleans better than without one. Im very happy with my new purchase and also bought the warranty, just in case. I would definitely recommend this washer and I would buy it again if I needed to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity in this Washer is super comparing to the one i had before i can now wash my comforter without worrying i have to go to the cleaners the fact that the agitator is not in it is so easier to put more clothes in that a plus Samsung you got something going for you the design is great i love the look and the performance is tops

This washer is only 14 months old I did not purchase the extended warranty and Samsung wouldn’t fixed the problem which had two problems first problem would not ring out the water. The other problem was very unbalanced when it’s been I would not purchase another Samsung. Everybody need to know about it very satisfied very. this is a fairly new washing machine. It shouldn’t happen want me to pay $120 for labor $130 per travel. The watch itself only cost $450 in water on the last 30 days

The not so good is that clothes don’t seem to dry well in the spin cycle. When the cycle is complete clothes still seem very wet. This is unlike the results i had with my previous washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous washing machine as a front load. We didn't like that design, especially since our laundry room is very narrow. When this washer was ordered, I thought I was getting an agitator-style washer but it turned out to be an impeller model. After using it for the past 6 months, I'm very happy with it. Loads do take longer to wash but clothes come out just as clean and most likely with less long-term damage. My only complaint is that the tone played at end of cycle cannot be disabled or changed.

I like how efficient it is with water while still getting tough stains out. The drum is a good size, and even larger loads come out evenly washed. Setup was straightforward and it’s been reliable with no issues. Overall, very satisfied with the performance and value.

I have had this washer for about 1 year and every load I do, I get sooo frustrated that the spin/and drain cycles are sooo long.The washer spends a-lot more time spinning than it does agitating!! Heavy soiled clothes do not come clean because of the ridiculously short agitation time!! Both the wash and rinse cycles are very short and make up only about 1/3 of of the complete cycle....other 2/3 of the cycle is draining and spinning (yes, I timed it) It is very wasteful on water as well if you have started a cycle but want to change it, it drains all the (warm) water out before it starts the new cycle.... no way to save the water!! Such a waste!! Won't fill/run with the lid open, so adding to the load is inconvenient . If you want to add clothes and it is in spin mode, there is no drum brake and you have to wait for the drum to stop spinning/rotating which can be 4-5 minutes. It would be nice to have control over my own washing machine..... and not have to be frustrated by terrible design/programming/features .... and the product manual is a joke.....limited information Overall = Disappointed !!!

I was pleasantly surprised that this model was available at the price listed. The capacity is huge with a deep tub, and it has all the features that I wanted. My clothes are well cleaned and the operation is quiet. I ended up getting a second one for a rental property as well. Definitely recommended.

I love its quiet efficiency and agitator action. Takes a while to finish each cycle, but happy so far.
