[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that there is no spindle in the middle. There is more room for clothes. Also like that it spins the clothes before the wash so the load isn't off balance. It also has lots of different load features.

This washer is only 14 months old I did not purchase the extended warranty and Samsung wouldn't fixed the problem which had two problems first problem would not ring out the water. The other problem was very unbalanced when it's been I would not purchase another Samsung. Everybody need to know about it very satisfied very. this is a fairly new washing machine. It shouldn't happen want me to pay $120 for labor $130 per travel. The watch itself only cost $450 in water on the last 30 days

Not real impressed. To wash a load of laundry takes way to long. Biggest problem is when the time indicated has passed you find the laundry is often far from done because of what I call a poor spin cycle system. You put the items in and spread them around to make sure the load is balanced, then the wash cycle moves it all around and often you will find it all to one side - when this happens the spin cycle seems to stop and start constantly unless you rebalance the load. So a hour cycle can often take an additional 30 to 60 minutes unless you are able to continually rebalance the load.

The machine is a little over two years old and now has issues with water not turning off and continuing to run. The machine worked well up until then. If you choose to buy this washer buy the warranty because I don't think this machine is made to last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good for the price. Nice capacity and seems to do a better job handling uneven loads than my previous Samsung washer. I like the ability to control the water level. Happy so far in my first 3 months of ownership.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that you can wash a very small load or a large load in it. It is a wonderful machine it does a great job of cleaning the clothes. It very quiet and vibrates very little when it is running. I would recommend it to anyone. I also like that it plays music to let me know that my clothes are through washing.

This washing machine is just what I needed! It doesn't vibrate when running a load, and the sound is minimal, so nice and quiet. I absolutely LOVE the size of the drum without the spinner taking up so much of the center! My clothes come out clean and fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like like the size but it does not work well with bedding I chose the impeller version and think that a version with a removable agitator would work better and would give you the option.
