I bought it on Feb 26,2025 at Sam's Club in Alpharetta. Everything is ok except it tore out some towels everytime. So if Sam's Club ir SamSung have any technicians can help me, please contact us to fix it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Samsung washer. It is quiet while running and it holds my king size comforter. It is very deep. I am 5 feet and have to stand on my tip toes to reach the bottom. My clothes come out damp and that help my dryer run less time. One of my favorite parts about this washer is the cycle choices. There are cycles for every item I wash and it is very easy to set for each load.

I've had good washers in the past, but this by far is the best. The settings are on another level. The washer makes noises like some futuristic type spacecraft. It is a beautifully made product. I only wish I could've campaigned for the dryer only due to the aesthetics. The spin cycle on this washer is so good that it cuts the drying time down to less than half the time. I am definitely recommending this to my friends, family, and even strangers. The only cons that I can find is that wash times range from 40 minutes to over an hour. The washing cycle isn't as quiet as I expected. It's still extremely quiet compared to my last washer. So overall not any complaints from me, just praises. I would also like to include that my deliverers were very pleasant and set everything up perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love my new Samsung 7.2-cu ft Electric Dryer. It has a great control panel with lots of drying options. It offers 8 preset drying cycles and 4 temperature levels to suit your laundry needs. The control panel is easy to read and has LED indicator lights. My favorite is the Sensor Dry! This is helps me not over dry my delicate work clothes. It has a huge drying tub (7,2 cu) so my sheets and blankets and loads of jeans and towels fit and dry very well. I do not have to run the dry cycle more than once. Another feature I like is the lint filter indicator light letting me know when it is full and reminding me to empty. It plays a wonderful tune medley when the dryer is finished which is so much better than an annoying buzzer.

I really wanted to go back to a top load, just for personal preference and this ended up being the perfect one for my family. It is nice and big and fits very large loads which makes me quite happy. It cleans very well and our clothes smell fresh. There are plenty of different settings to use based on your load / preference. I love the glass top also. Not only does it allow you to see inside, but it also adds a touch of elegance to the look Lastly, the detergent/softener dispensers are conveniently located at the back of the top of the inside. Overall, great purchase and I would highly recommend.

We've always had front load machines and they worked ok but there's a noticeable difference with this top load machine from Samsung. The inside space is huge while still keeping the average size washer frame. I know there's options for other machines that have some more wash options and additional controls but this ones perfect for us. The control panel is easy to understand and there's plenty of options for us to get our clothes perfectly clean. With 8 cycles to choose from we haven't had a chance to use them all just yet. For smaller loads we love the quick wash option, gets them done quickly with a small amount of water and the spin cycle gets a good amount of water out and makes things easier for my dryer. We usually use the normal setting at cold temps or eco warm when needed and haven't had an issue with cleanliness or odor at all. This is such welcome news for us in our house and will hopefully extend the life of our clothing as well. We wanted to give the washer a chance before getting the dryer but we're so impressed with this machine that we're now shopping for the matching dryer. We actually look forward to doing laundry now!

The drawer for putting in laundry soap and liquid softener is very convenient to use. Would definitely recommend to others! The ActiveWave agitator cleans great but is still gentle! We do about 4 loads of laundry each week. This machine is very quiet which I really like for when working!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all I would like to say we received this cloths washer at a discounted price to do a honest review on it, and I must say we are very happy with it even without the discount, If we needed to buy again without it we wood. We love this washer and all the settings make it so much easer to use, just pick your load type and set the dial and the washer adjust the temperature, the water level . it plays a little tune when its done, I can hear it from my train room and I know when to go put the clothes in the dryer. The ActiveWave agitator is fantastic. It also dose a test spin before starting to check for even loading so the spin cycle is Smoove running. it is quieter running then our old washer so I listen for the little tune at the end to know its done. It is just my wife and I so we use it to do three loads a week, the one setting I use the most is the Normal load setting. It sets the water level to extra high and the water temp. to Warm there is also a Heavy Duty cycle a Delicates, A Bedding and Waterproof, a Quick Wash, a Deep wash, a Rinse & Spin And a Self Clean Cycle that is great for cleaning without any cloths in it. The Water temp, and water level and Heavy, Normal and Light loads are also adjustable, if you want to do it your self without using the auto settings.
