This is the worst washing machine on the market. I can't explain how aggravating it is to see it rewashing things multiple times just because an unbalanced code comes up. Do not buy this washing machine. Go for another brand. Samsung is only good for phones. This washing machines shakes my entire house. I've tried multiple times to try and balance the soaking wet clothes in it and it still doesn't solve the issue. It has ran my water bill up a decent amount since switching from my old GE washing machine that sadly died after 18 years. Ridiculous and very very unsatisfied. I've only had it for 2 1/2 years but I'm even sure that the age of it doesn't matter. Low quality for a low price.

Awesome Top Load Washing Machine!!!
I’ve used washing machines from the 70’s to today and the technology behind these washers have dramatically changed in the last 20 years with HE front loaders being the standard in homes today. I replaced a first gen Samsung front loader that lasted about 15 years. Over time, the machine started to develop an unpleasant odor and mould was building up in drain pipe and throughout the machine. I religiously kept the door open and had the dispenser drawers open when the machine was not in use. I believe it was a bad design as there lots of complaints about that model. Fabric softener usage was also a culprit. It was time to replace and here is where the story begins.. Purchased the Samsung Top Loader WA44A3205AW/A4. I was skeptical on going back to a top loading washing machine because agitators perform thorough cleaning but, they are not gentle on fabrics. I find from previous experience that a front loader is less harsh on clothes and it doesn’t stretch, nor does it cause the wear and tear like an agitator type machine would. The design of this agitator is much different in comparison to other agitator types. It won’t pull or snag fabrics which convinced me to buy this front loader. Once it was delivered, the setup was pretty straightforward and easy. Performed the calibration as instructed and filled the basket with my first load. Used Persil Laundry detergent, selected a normal wash cycle, selected warm water for wash and used the automatic water level option. After the cycle completed, I was beyond impressed!!! The clothes were implicitly clean!!! I couldn’t keep myself out of the laundry room lol. I love the cleaning performance of this machine. It may use more water than the typical and conventional front loader but, using more water with the combination of the actionwave agitator, this machine deserves the accolades for the qualities this washer features. The price wasn’t bad either. I just hope that I will be able to get years of service from this machine. Overall, I would recommend this washer for its cleaning performance, design, large capacity, and price.

Malfunctioning after 2 years
I purchased this washer two and a half years ago, and I'm extremely disappointed that it’s already malfunctioning (it's started even a few months ago). When using the delicates or quick wash mode, the machine dispenses warm water even when I select cold. Additionally, my clothes often come out with white stains after washing. Given its price and expected durability, I would have hoped for better performance and reliability.

Silent and Efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer turned out better than I had hoped for. It's equipped with various settings to facilitate our different loads (small, large, delicate, etc.) It makes ways less noise than my last washer. The noise is faint even when in close proximity. Washer allows you to drop in last minute items even after load was started (you will have to give it a few seconds to unlock though). Most of its features are straightforward. Comes with a safety lock which is a great added layer of protection for when kids are around. Washer does a great job in ensuring there isn't excess water in loads which makes drying much faster.
Bad product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Take my advice and DO NOT buy this product. The washer goes through many rinse cycles and is basically wasting water and using electricity. At start it shows cycle of 1:10 hours and the washing does not finish until 2.5 hours. Moreover, through rinse cycle clothes will get lumped in one side and it cannot spin. You have to open and start process AGAIN from middle. No more Samsung. I had bad experience with another high value Samsung product. Should have learnt my lesson.

Washer will not fill for Rinse cycle
I just got my washer on August 26, 2021. I let the machine set the water level as indicated in the manual, it defaulted to HIGH. For a load of towels, etc. the water level was ok, covered the load. When it got to the Rinse cycle, there was only about 1 inch of water and it started to empty after only a few minutes. Why would the washer only bring in that little amount of water for a Rinse? What should be done to correct this problem? Other than that I do like the washer but I need help on this, please.

Great Washer , Love the Agitator

Mother of 4 (2 teens, 2 elementary age) approved!
The capacity says it's only 5.0 cubic feet but it does more than twice what my last, Maytag 4.4 cubic feet. The clothes come out so clean! One question is how do I add it to SmartThings? There is a list of washers but mine doesn't appear. I've tried the information I used to register the washer, the size and type but nothing seems to work. Help is appreciated. Thank you
Love my washer
I've had this a year and I love it! My clothes are cleaner than my not so old Maytag (huge waste of money). It's so quiet. It agitates at different speeds and the tub is huge, if you wash blankets and such. I can puts a load of towels in, put it on high water and they come out perfect. I usually just use the medium setting with the water set at eco/warm. I don't have a large family, but if I did, I would LOVE this washer!
Take hours to wash and never draines all the way
Worst washer ever...takes hours for one load...so cost more in electric. Always need to use deep fill or it will never clean the clothes. It never fully draines there is always water in the bottom. My old turn know washer can have all the was done in one day off....this takes to much time for one load all day I'm lucky to get two loads of wash done. Stay away from computers horrible
