First of all, the price I paid can't be beat for a brand new washer! I absolutely love love love this washer! This washer is very easy to use. The soft close lid is an amazing feature as well. The washer is very quiet and does not shake or vibrate during the wash (vibration reduction technology, amazing!) and spin cycles like normal old bulky washers do. This washer gets our clothes super clean and they dry quickly. There are many preset cycles to choose from. I used the deep wash cycle, warm water, high water level. It also spins and balances itself at the beginning of the cycle for correct water level. At the end of the wash, the washer plays a cute melody. 1000% recommend!

I was skeptical about buying a Samsung washer especially a top load but I am glad I did it definitely have saved me on my water bill and also has saved my clothes keeping them nice instead of tearing them up like my last washer . I really like the quick wash it's all I usually use but i have tried the other options and they work great it's not to loud it does have a little vibration when spinning out but what washer doesn't atleast I haven't found one. The only thing bad so far is if u wash a big blanket that soaks up water easily it will Throw it off track so I learned put it on auto when you wash big blankets. Other then that it is a great washer . Samsung definitely upped there game on this one .

I had a similar washer but a different brand and this one is definitely better. It doesn't shake around as much and gets the clothes cleaner. I did a half dozen pair of jeans and as many shirts in a single load. Everything came out great.

I've owned this Active Wave washer for 6 months. It is slightly on the noisy side but I am used to it now so it no longer bothers me. As far as washing clothes, it is the best washer I have ever owned ! My previous washer was a Samsung front loader I had for 10 years. Still in great condition, I gave it to my daughter. This washer is perfect for me. Everything is clean... smells great... and is gentle on my clothes. Nothing has ever came out knotted up. I recommend this washer to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My clothes haven’t felt this clean in a long time. You can definitely tell the difference compared to my older washer. I really like the feature of the count down for when the loads done. The cutest thing is it plays a neat tune to tell you it’s down. This model you can see through the lead and and watch it wash if you’d like. The detergent dispenser is in an inside tray as are the softener, my last one didn’t have that ,so I really like that. There’s so many options on this baby that it’s so worth the buy , you will not be disappointed. The lid won’t slam shut like others, it closes softly when you go to close it. Heavily soiled clothes even come out cleaned.I even purchased the matching dryer since I was so happy with this Samsung washer.

This is the worst washing machine on the market. I can't explain how aggravating it is to see it rewashing things multiple times just because an unbalanced code comes up. Do not buy this washing machine. Go for another brand. Samsung is only good for phones. This washing machines shakes my entire house. I've tried multiple times to try and balance the soaking wet clothes in it and it still doesn't solve the issue. It has ran my water bill up a decent amount since switching from my old GE washing machine that sadly died after 18 years. Ridiculous and very very unsatisfied. I've only had it for 2 1/2 years but I'm even sure that the age of it doesn't matter. Low quality for a low price.

I purchased this washer and I'm glad I did. I needed a washer that wasn't going to break the bank, yet still be a reliable washer, modern technology, that I can continuously use and count on for years. This Washer is easy to operate, there has been no confusion on what does what. No complicated menu's. Load can start as quickly as 2 - 3 buttons pressed. Washer is quieter than the average washer, more so than any washer I've used. *Easy to use & understand *Noise level is significantly low *Every load comes out clean *Transparent lid to watch it in action Best washer for my money hands down.

Bought one year before and its great product and no issues for now ..

First year was ok but it started making too much noise now everytime it works. Not recommanded.
