[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had many washers over the years and I have to say that this Samsung washer, I am really impressed with. I love that it doesn't have an agitator in the middle which make the capacity so much more than other washers. I can do huge loads of laundry in one single pop! The clothes come out smelling fantastic and feel that they're nice and clean. I like that you can add fabric softener and bleach in separate sections that drip over your clothes slowly. It isn't too loud either and it plays a nice little tune when the cycle is over. I would highly recommend this washer!

No more musty smell! I also like that I can look through the top and see it in motion! It is almost soothing to watch. Gets my clothing super clean and love all the different cycles I can choose from!

It has a large tub and a different agitator than normal. It seems to clean really well and it was a great price.

wife likes the large capacity, the design to even the load before washing is great, no vibrations, love the glass top and actually get hot water for washing. this machine does not beat up the clothes like the old one and produced a lot of lint. this model is gentle on cloths.

We have a family of six and needed something with a large wash capacity and this is it. Cleans really well and the auto dispensing of detergent and fabric softener is great. Price is right on par for this washer. Recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 6 months ago, I am very happy with it so far. I am able to wash a king comforter with no issues. It gets my close clean, it spins the water out of my cloths so I don't have to run multiple cycles with my dryer.

The drawer for putting in laundry soap and liquid softener is very convenient to use. Would definitely recommend to others! The ActiveWave agitator cleans great but is still gentle! We do about 4 loads of laundry each week. This machine is very quiet which I really like for when working!

I just got my washer on August 26, 2021. I let the machine set the water level as indicated in the manual, it defaulted to HIGH. For a load of towels, etc. the water level was ok, covered the load. When it got to the Rinse cycle, there was only about 1 inch of water and it started to empty after only a few minutes. Why would the washer only bring in that little amount of water for a Rinse? What should be done to correct this problem? Other than that I do like the washer but I need help on this, please.

I didnt think it was possible to have so much distain for a appliance. I went from a old school washer to this one. I took a top load to be able to soak my white clothes. The washer will not work if the lid is open. If the turn off the washer and on again, it will remove the last water that was in it instead of continuing the washing. It is so wasteful. The most annoying features, the sound! It is impossible to turn the volume down or off. Whenever the process is over, there is a 30 seconds song! I hate it so much.
