I love this washer I've had it almost a year and have had no issues with it it's quiet I can finally wash my large blankets and comforters the only thing is occasionally a code will pop up I can't find my book and there's a code that will pop up that says foresee on it and I don't know what it means so if anybody can help me figure out what this means I would appreciate it but otherwise I'm very very happy with this washer

i convinced my husband to spend the money get this washer so excited and i have not had this washer for a year yet and it won't work properly. i keep getting an 8c error code which is not even in my manual booklet. i would not recommend any samsung laundry products.

Clothes come out with dry patches that haven't been washed. I think it's because the machine spins as it is filling, causing the clothes to bunch up tightly. I have tried with very small loads of clothing and maximum water fill, and clothes still have visible dry and smelly patches. I hate this washer. I would leave 0 stars but the review won't let me.

It’s super quiet, very efficient and reliable. My clothes come clean every time without much effort on my part. I highly recommend this product. I really appreciate the large capacity tank. My Samsung washer and dryer are a great addition to my home. The end of cycle chime is music to my ears!

I didnt think it was possible to have so much distain for a appliance. I went from a old school washer to this one. I took a top load to be able to soak my white clothes. The washer will not work if the lid is open. If the turn off the washer and on again, it will remove the last water that was in it instead of continuing the washing. It is so wasteful. The most annoying features, the sound! It is impossible to turn the volume down or off. Whenever the process is over, there is a 30 seconds song! I hate it so much.

They assured me that they were the best price and no one else could beat them in their price range. What lies they all told me. I'm so happy to be to be a part of the "Costco" family. They had the best prices that no other company could compare their prices to. The best part of the washer and dryer I purchased, was the time frame I received my appliances, how quickly they were set up, and best of all, the features when the washer and dryer both shut off. You know when the cycles are completed when they play a cute song at the end. So happy with my purchases, and the communication I received all the way around with everyone involved.

I was so excited to get a new large capacity washer. My first load of lights came out with dark streaks so I washed again, but still happened. I ran the self clean to see if would help and it did a little. Then my darks were coming out with light streaks, like they weren't rinsing properly. I reduced the amount liquid HE detergent but still get the light streaks. It's been 2 months. Disappointed that a brand new washer works worse than the old one that gave out. :(

I purchased this washer two and a half years ago, and I'm extremely disappointed that it’s already malfunctioning (it's started even a few months ago). When using the delicates or quick wash mode, the machine dispenses warm water even when I select cold. Additionally, my clothes often come out with white stains after washing. Given its price and expected durability, I would have hoped for better performance and reliability.

Just got this washer - 2 things I already hate: 1. No way to turn OFF beeps and "end of wash" 30 second "melody". Insane!! 2. When you press power button, the default water level setting for "Normal" wash is "Extra High" and water Temp is "Warm". Why on earth doesn't water level default to "Auto Level" and Temp to "Eco Warm"? Very wasteful of water and energy to warm the water.
