[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old washer really needed an upgrade and I am so glad we got this Samsung washer to replace it. It is bigger and quieter than my old machine and it looks really nice! It easily fits my king size bedding or other large loads. Only issue I had with it was the long chime at the end, but I was able to turn that off. So definitely 5 stars!

Great Performance, VRT Plus is a Great Feature, had other brands and they shook all over the floor. Put this one in a ‘washing machine pan' , and really no problems. I'm ready to purchase a new Samsung, will be my third. They last 5-7 Years that's it. This one heavy rust around the soap tray. Hope Samsung remedy this issue, maybe with Polymers or SS above the Tray. Getting a new Samsung Dryer too. There the same Good performance, (Very Dusty), but does the job. Changed a pump on the washer, easy fix, part was available. If it wasn't for the rust I would keep it.

The price made it even better I can’t wait to purchase the dryer also I recommend for everyone to get a Samsung appliance it’s worth every penny the inside is very spacious.. I love the fact that it has 8 different settings my favorite is Deep Wash I have a née born and keeping her clothes clean is my first priority and I also love Bedding/Waterproof I have a lot of sheets and comforters that can always use deep cleaning Compared to other brands I’ve used in the past they don’t compare Samsung has really put a lot of effort and work into these products..I love that when I’m washing clothes I don’t hear anything coming from my washer it’s silent the door doesn’t make a sound when it’s being closed and it Self cleans you can’t beat that at all I guarantee your old washer would never give you these options the fact that I can look through the window and see what’s going on inside is BANANAS I’m most definitely sharing my experience and happiness to my friends and family I Love my new Samsung Washing Machine

As a mom of a newborn baby and toddler it feels like we are doing laundry all the time and this is up to the job. I love how large it is. I can literally wash just about anything in here. As someone who is environmentally friendly, I appreciate features like eco wash and water sensors to ensure that we are not using more water than necessary. I also love how light the top of the washer is. It does not automatically close or slam shut, so I don't have to worry about my daughter's little fingers getting caught in it. I'm impressed with how user-friendly this washing machine is, even for those who are not tech-savy. I would recommend this washing machine to anyone looking for something simple, quiet and convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It gets the job done, but with several annoyances. You cant turn the alarm off, so it will always chime (and for way too long) at the end of cycle. It always starts up on warm water instead of the one you last used so you have to push the temp button several times until it gets to cold. The highest water level setting only fills up slightly more than half way, but so far it does clean the clothes just fine.

We knew we wanted a top load with an agitator and this was a perfect model for our family’s needs. It really cleans clothes efficiently . We use it nearly everyday and it’s so easy to use. We are so happy with the results from using this washing machine. Our old machine was giving us issues with oil stains and also the fur from our pets was not removed by using previous machine. We no longer have those issues with this machine. We are so impressed. We love the settings and ease of use. Even our older parents figured out how to use the machine even though it was not a dial control option like our previous machine. We look forward to hearing the song at the end of each load. Additionally, we love that the lid locks which is very child safe. We would definitely recommend to all our friends and family members and are considering purchasing a Samsung dryer soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Samsung 4.5 cu ft with vibration technology and it's been a dream. We have had poorly washed clothes for too long with other manufacturers washers. Using this machine has truly made us happy. Wish we would have considered this brand earlier in our family.

There are directions in the manual for cleaning the detergent drawer. These directions are not accurate. No matter what we do, we cannot remove the dispenser drawer from the washer. It is always coated in mold/mildew, especially on the fabric softener side, which is always half full of water. (The manual actually says it is normal for the tray to have water in it after a load. Yuck! I have a basting tool from the kitchen that I have to use to clean the water out of the tray before and after every load.) If it was just a basic tray, we might be able to clean it while it's still attached to the washer, but there are little parts to it that you can't separate and get clean. We've followed the directions in the manual, in YouTube videos, in Google searches, and nothing works. Also, we've had the issue that other reviewers have mentioned -- the unbalanced load. The washer doesn't really tell you the load is unbalanced. It just keeps repeating the rinse cycle indefinitely. You could go through sooooo much water if you start the washer and leave home. So you have to stay home and babysit your laundry. The only way to get through it is to force the washer to stop and then rearrange the very heavy, wet contents, until it finally decides it will go to the spin cycle. Terrible!

Clothes get clean but come out soaking wet. Have tried everything to no avail, the dry time per load now is double versus my old washer. Waste of electricity to dry a load for 90 minutes when it used to take 45. Without exaggerating, the clothes actually DRIP when you take them out of the washer, they are hardly wrung out at all.
