the machine i have, on the normal setting, does not fill with water on the rinse portion of the cycle. service has been efficient and boards have been changed. but the problem exists rendering the normal setting useless. tech support has not identified any error codes. therefore i believe this machine has a design flaw. i was told "just don't use that setting". however that setting is appropriate for most loads of wash. and i paid for a machine with 6 wash settings not 5. this is an excellent machine i am pleased in every way accept for not being able to use the preferred setting. if i could use normal the rating would be 5 star! at this point i would not recommend a samsung washer to anyone!

This set loses a star because there isn't a way to turn off that ANNOYING end of cycle jingle. It was cute for maybe 2 cycles then it just makes me mad I have to stop what I am doing to run to the washer or dryer to stop them so the noise doesn't make my neighbors mad.

I was skeptical about buying a Samsung washer especially a top load but I am glad I did it definitely have saved me on my water bill and also has saved my clothes keeping them nice instead of tearing them up like my last washer . I really like the quick wash it's all I usually use but i have tried the other options and they work great it's not to loud it does have a little vibration when spinning out but what washer doesn't atleast I haven't found one. The only thing bad so far is if u wash a big blanket that soaks up water easily it will Throw it off track so I learned put it on auto when you wash big blankets. Other then that it is a great washer . Samsung definitely upped there game on this one .

I've owned this Active Wave washer for 6 months. It is slightly on the noisy side but I am used to it now so it no longer bothers me. As far as washing clothes, it is the best washer I have ever owned ! My previous washer was a Samsung front loader I had for 10 years. Still in great condition, I gave it to my daughter. This washer is perfect for me. Everything is clean... smells great... and is gentle on my clothes. Nothing has ever came out knotted up. I recommend this washer to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our washer around 1 month ago and couldn’t be happier. We use scent/dye free detergent and with our old washer, it just wasn’t doing a good job getting odor out. First wash with the Samsung and there are no odors whatsoever!

i had a lot to say but only allowed 800 characters in the review. let's just say that this is as perfect a washer as possible these days. totally satisfied with this purchase. runs great and gets the clothes clean. much less dryer time needed also due to excellent spin cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer turned out better than I had hoped for.  It's equipped with various settings to facilitate our different loads (small, large, delicate, etc.) It makes ways less noise than my last washer. The noise is faint even when in close proximity. Washer allows you to drop in last minute items even after load was started (you will have to give it a few seconds to unlock though). Most of its features are straightforward. Comes with a safety lock which is a great added layer of protection for when kids are around. Washer does a great job in ensuring there isn't excess water in loads which makes drying much faster.

It offers 8 preset drying cycles and 4 temperature levels to suit your laundry needs. The control panel is easy to read and has LED indicator lights. My favorite is the Sensor Dry! This is helps me not over dry my delicate work clothes. It has a huge drying tub (7,2 cu) so my sheets and blankets and loads of jeans and towels fit and dry very well. I do not have to run the dry cycle more than once. Another feature I like is the lint filter indicator light letting me know when it is full and reminding me to empty. It plays a wonderful tune medley when the dryer is finished which is so much better than an annoying buzzer.
