we bought this washer in may and i wish we never purchased it. it has ruined so many pieces of clothing by stretching out the collars and shirts turning. we now have to take our clothes we don't want ruined to the dry cleaner. samsung has sent 5 technicians out and while we agree there isnt a piece of the machine that is broken, it is still causing damage to our clothes. we are so dissatisfied and asked for an exchange but they said we have to buy a new one!! i am never buying from them again. brand new shirts and dresses have been destroyed. customer service has been a nightmare and we wait on hold for over an hour.

It uses less water than our previous washer. It has a view window (which the kids love). It can determine the amount inside which makes it more efficient. A very nice machine. I have used the many different cycles from heavy to light to spin and rinse. All of them are great!. The washing machine holds two full laundry baskets, it is really massive. When thinking about my old washer, I can not believe we used such a model. This is far superior in capacity, sound, cleaning , and water usage. By far the best feature is that it can sense how large of a load is in the machine. I use it every single time. It makes washing clothes easier. It is nice to see through the top to see how things are going as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 6 months ago, I am very happy with it so far. I am able to wash a king comforter with no issues. It gets my close clean, it spins the water out of my cloths so I don't have to run multiple cycles with my dryer.

just deleivered and hooked up in the house. my wife is very happy with this new washer. very quiet and large enough capacity for our family. samsung has been very reliable in all of its products so we will enjoy this washer for years to come. the controls are very easy to use and intuitive to understand. in short we are very happy with this purchace.

I love the fact that it has 8 different settings my favorite is Deep Wash I have a née born and keeping her clothes clean is my first priority and I also love Bedding/Waterproof I have a lot of sheets and comforters that can always use deep cleaning Compared to other brands I’ve used in the past they don’t compare Samsung has really put a lot of effort and work into these products..I love that when I’m washing clothes I don’t hear anything coming from my washer it’s silent the door doesn’t make a sound when it’s being closed and it Self cleans you can’t beat that at all I guarantee your old washer would never give you these options the fact that I can look through the window and see what’s going on inside is BANANAS I’m most definitely sharing my experience and happiness to my friends and family I Love my new Samsung Washing Machine

Especially appreciate the large tub with impeller that easily handles our large comforters with ease! And the coolest thing? A little happy tune ("Die Forelle" by Schubert, a real classical song) that plays once the wash cycle completes. It livens up my mood, making wash day happier, and more pleasant than standard harsh buzzers. Even our Airedale Terrier enjoys its melody! I've read where tune can be turned off, but why would you? I also own matching dryer with same perks and cute little tune. Kudos, Samsung.

I really wanted to go back to a top load, just for personal preference and this ended up being the perfect one for my family. It is nice and big and fits very large loads which makes me quite happy. It cleans very well and our clothes smell fresh. There are plenty of different settings to use based on your load / preference. I love the glass top also. Not only does it allow you to see inside, but it also adds a touch of elegance to the look Lastly, the detergent/softener dispensers are conveniently located at the back of the top of the inside. Overall, great purchase and I would highly recommend.

It has been one of the best big purchases we've made. It has many different settings for load type and even has a cute notification music to let you know when it's done. I will tell you that I am 5 ‘1 and the machine holds a ton and is deep and I do have to stand on my tippy toes to get the last of the clothes. Overall best purchase ! I recommend highly.
