seems to be a very good machine. i'm sure it will not last like the 30 year old washer it replaced. i like that it determines the amount of water to use and that it doesn't have an agitator taking up room inside. the installers left much to be desired. they did not use the drain hose guide, nor did they suggest removing the drain pan underneath so the washer could have more room behind the machine. the hoses are coiled up behind the machine, which i don't think is correct, and they simply zip-tied the drain hose to the water hose. they also messed up one of the doors of the closet the machine is installed in and now the doors will not close. they seemed more interested in getting done instead of spending time to make sure my washer was installed properly.

I previously had a whirlpool washer that would shake the entire house when larger items were being loaded. However, this Samsung Set is probably the quietest set that I've experienced. We are a family of 6, needless to say, that I do a ton of laundry on a weekly basis. Samsung is perfect for this because it fits SO much stuff which has reduced the amount of laundry I do in a week! I like that it is user friendly and straight to the point. It has many options from “water level” to “temp” and even soil level. I also like that it has the option for delicate and bedding. The washer is large enough for a Queen comforter. Our whirlpool washer could not fit this size comforter. Aesthetically it is pleasing to the eye. I went with the white washer with chrome knobs. With our previous washing machine, I had to pour the detergent into the actual machine itself making such a mess, but this washing machine comes with a compartment for detergent, fabric softener, and bleach! Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with the capacity of the washing machine. It was well worth the money

As a mom of a newborn baby and toddler it feels like we are doing laundry all the time and this is up to the job. I love how large it is. I can literally wash just about anything in here. As someone who is environmentally friendly, I appreciate features like eco wash and water sensors to ensure that we are not using more water than necessary. I also love how light the top of the washer is. It does not automatically close or slam shut, so I don't have to worry about my daughter's little fingers getting caught in it. I'm impressed with how user-friendly this washing machine is, even for those who are not tech-savy. I would recommend this washing machine to anyone looking for something simple, quiet and convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It gets the job done, but with several annoyances. You cant turn the alarm off, so it will always chime (and for way too long) at the end of cycle. It always starts up on warm water instead of the one you last used so you have to push the temp button several times until it gets to cold. The highest water level setting only fills up slightly more than half way, but so far it does clean the clothes just fine.

Settings to choose from depending on the washing style I know I don’t have to worry about my clothes, this washer knows how to regulate the temperature and speed to keep my clothes like new.

It has a great large capacity, very straightforward buttons and options, and is soooo quiet. Our old washer was probably on its last leg and that washer was so noisy especially when even just a little bit off balance. I LOVE that this washer self balances and adjusts for any weight imbalance automatically so you never have to worry about all that loud shaking and rattling that could wake up the whole neighborhood. And what's even better is this washer uses so little water, but even on our most used normal cycle with warm water and medium soiled setting, all the clothes come out clean clean clean. I also do love that there are so many different wash cycle options as well as the auto water sensing level option so I can conserve more water.. Seriously one of my best purchases this year so far and I couldn't be happier!

Great Performance, VRT Plus is a Great Feature, had other brands and they shook all over the floor. Put this one in a ‘washing machine pan' , and really no problems. I'm ready to purchase a new Samsung, will be my third. They last 5-7 Years that's it. This one heavy rust around the soap tray. Hope Samsung remedy this issue, maybe with Polymers or SS above the Tray. Getting a new Samsung Dryer too. There the same Good performance, (Very Dusty), but does the job. Changed a pump on the washer, easy fix, part was available. If it wasn't for the rust I would keep it.

I purchased this washer and I'm glad I did. I needed a washer that wasn't going to break the bank, yet still be a reliable washer, modern technology, that I can continuously use and count on for years. This Washer is easy to operate, there has been no confusion on what does what. No complicated menu's. Load can start as quickly as 2 - 3 buttons pressed. Washer is quieter than the average washer, more so than any washer I've used. *Easy to use & understand *Noise level is significantly low *Every load comes out clean *Transparent lid to watch it in action Best washer for my money hands down.

I purchased this washer two and a half years ago, and I'm extremely disappointed that it’s already malfunctioning (it's started even a few months ago). When using the delicates or quick wash mode, the machine dispenses warm water even when I select cold. Additionally, my clothes often come out with white stains after washing. Given its price and expected durability, I would have hoped for better performance and reliability.
