[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for two months now, and it's meeting every expectation I had. The load capacity is huge, I can do one basket at a time, instead of half a basket as my old Kenmore. Granted it doesn't have the features my old Kenmore had, it does the job well beyond expectation for a machine in this price range. One of my favorite features is it is super quiet, like silent, I can wash clothes and watch a game all with the tv at a safe decibel level. If you're looking for a low-cost, low-maintenance, great washer, this is it. Side-note: if you are replacing a 2012 or older model and you don't keep up with the waste drain in your wall, snake it out and clean it out, this machine is high efficiency and the spray from the drain hose is strong, so if the drainpipe is not clean it will spill quick, but this has nothing to do with the machine only house maintenance.

I've never been more obsessed with a washer in my life. Don't walk ; Run I tell you run to go and get you one just like it!!

The translucent top is stylish and it has a few electronic changes, one in particular is that you can start and restart it between any cycle. I'm guessing that if I had purchased a higher end model it wouldn't be so noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not tell you how much I love my new Samsung Washer. It is by far and away the best washer I have ever owned. Let's start with the size. It is a perfect to fit in my small laundry area in my home, yet the capacity is great for even my larger loads because there is no annoying agitator in the center of the washer. The cleaning power is superb. Even my older dingy clothes that I will never toss (we all have that one favorite shirt and pair of jeans) even looked like they were almost brand new again. This washer is also the quietest one I have ever owned. You barely hear it as it is washing and spinning.

I really like the feature of the count down for when the loads done. The cutest thing is it plays a neat tune to tell you it’s down. This model you can see through the lead and and watch it wash if you’d like. The detergent dispenser is in an inside tray as are the softener, my last one didn’t have that ,so I really like that. There’s so many options on this baby that it’s so worth the buy , you will not be disappointed. The lid won’t slam shut like others, it closes softly when you go to close it. Heavily soiled clothes even come out cleaned.I even purchased the matching dryer since I was so happy with this Samsung washer.

Needed repair as it turned out the Company was on its 13th revision for part and cost was not worth it. Repair person said to find a machine with an actual agitator. I found this one and even though I researched its worthiness and features i was pleasantly surprised to find how great the features are and the loads this machine can handle and still clean thoroughly. It has a self clean option in which you do not need to use any special product, just hot water, nice! When dryer goes which may be soon i am purchasing the mate to this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you have a natural obsession with technology to begin with you tend to get overly excited over bells and whistles others pay no attention to. When it comes with cool technology AND makes my chore life easier, that is a combination I can get downright giddy over. First, let's talk about how sleek and sexy it looks. It makes just walking into my laundry room an experience. While the washer looks sleek it can pack twice the laundry as my other one and still get things sparkling clean. I washed my comforter from home for the first time and it didn't stop for an unbalanced load once. Previous to my new Samsung washer I had to load it up for the laundromat and waste hours there to get it clean and dried. When front load washers first came out I was first in line thinking it was the way to go. It took all of a month for me to (smell) the reason why top loaders are tried and true since their inception. The cheery alerts, programmability and vibration reduction have all been thoughtfully designed for a better user experience. When your son and daughter argues who GETS to do the laundry, you know you've hit a home run! Thanks Samsung!

I just got my washer on August 26, 2021. I let the machine set the water level as indicated in the manual, it defaulted to HIGH. For a load of towels, etc. the water level was ok, covered the load. When it got to the Rinse cycle, there was only about 1 inch of water and it started to empty after only a few minutes. Why would the washer only bring in that little amount of water for a Rinse? What should be done to correct this problem? Other than that I do like the washer but I need help on this, please.
