Samsung 4.4 cu. ft. Top Load Washer with ActiveWave Agitator

This is the best washer I have used. It cleans up the dirt very quickly and is user friendly. I recommend others to buy this as this is the best.

Samsung needs to issue a recall for these washers. The number of videos and complaints online is proof that this model does not work properly. The washer does not finish cycles, stops randomly for more than 10 minutes, and sometimes the water does not drain correctly. No matter how carefully you balance or sort the clothes, there is always some kind of issue with the washer. 
Model: WA45T3200AW/A4 Serial: 0HPM5DDY727847W Trying to get support is also extremely frustrating. The website constantly blocks you from requesting help by repeatedly asking you to sign in after clicking Live Chat, Support appliance type, and other buttons, only to be told to sign in again.

Defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 1 year old Samsung washer has been great. We do a lot of loads, at least one a day. Settings are good and it's easy to understand the settings.
