This Samsung washer is definitely making it easier to get more wash done. The drum is so big, it holds much more clothes than our old washer. It's also big enough to wash comforters and other larger items. No more trips to the laundromat to wash bulky stuff. I like all the adjustments you can make to the water level and temperature. It's a great way to conserve water and energy. The wash time is good also. It doesn't seem like it takes very long. Then again, my old washer kept getting stuck on some of the cycles. The detergent and softener drawer is great. Now I know the detergent is getting evenly distributed in the wash. I love the cute tune it plays when it is finished. Everything comes out nice and clean. I am very happy with this washer

We had recently started to experience issues with our old washer and dryer, and Samsung was one of the brands we were researching, so we were thrilled to get this new set by Samsung. The entire process screamed efficiency! The delivery process was quick and painless. Two nice gentlemen arrived within the scheduled delivery window wearing proper protection. They came in, took a peek at the location with the old set, and prepared to execute. The entire process to remove my old set and install the new set took about 25 minutes with a tight turn and stairwell. After the install and allow the break-in cycle to complete, we started doing our weekly laundry. We were concerned about the machines' size as they had a smaller footprint than our older set. I'm here to tell you that the washer hides it's 4.5 CU FT well!! The capacity was ample for our needs, and the unit had a generous selection of cycles for our clothes. The machine is quiet, and we were greeted with a nice jingle that ALMOST made me happy about doing laundry . The buttons on both units make them easy to use, but I will say that you must read the manuals to understand all the features and button combos truly. We're happy about our purchase and look forward to years of clean laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our washer around 1 month ago and couldn’t be happier. We use scent/dye free detergent and with our old washer, it just wasn’t doing a good job getting odor out. First wash with the Samsung and there are no odors whatsoever!

I really wanted to go back to a top load, just for personal preference and this ended up being the perfect one for my family. It is nice and big and fits very large loads which makes me quite happy. It cleans very well and our clothes smell fresh. There are plenty of different settings to use based on your load / preference. I love the glass top also. Not only does it allow you to see inside, but it also adds a touch of elegance to the look Lastly, the detergent/softener dispensers are conveniently located at the back of the top of the inside. Overall, great purchase and I would highly recommend.

This is the worst washing machine on the market. I can't explain how aggravating it is to see it rewashing things multiple times just because an unbalanced code comes up. Do not buy this washing machine. Go for another brand. Samsung is only good for phones. This washing machines shakes my entire house. I've tried multiple times to try and balance the soaking wet clothes in it and it still doesn't solve the issue. It has ran my water bill up a decent amount since switching from my old GE washing machine that sadly died after 18 years. Ridiculous and very very unsatisfied. I've only had it for 2 1/2 years but I'm even sure that the age of it doesn't matter. Low quality for a low price.

I have been using this wash machine for several months now and I have to say it’s a huge upgrade from my previous machine of 20 yrs, things have certainly changed. First of all, it’s beautiful and has a huge capacity so you can wash blankets and bedspreads. It is very simple and straightforward to use and has several cycles and water temperatures to pick from. The washer runs very quiet and cleans very well, it even has a cute little jingle at the end when its finished. Would highly recommend this wash machine and would love to buy a Samsung dryer to go with it.

I've had the opportunity to use it it the past, what I like the most of this machine is that is helpful when it come down to taking care of the colors in my clothing. It's gental and the automatic water lever helps it stay clean and long lasting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited to have my washer and dryer. Let me start with the color. White on white. such a beautiful set. My washer and dryer was installed and what a perfect pair about 2 weeks ago they made sure that everything was hooked up properly down to the plugs and hoses. Fast forward I was finally able to do a few loads. My reaction to the sound of the washer was astounding. it was very quiet and had minimum vibration. When the cycle was complete and I removed the clothes you can see, feel and smell how clean they were,. When I removed them they felt almost dry - that is a great spin cycle.. The options for the washer was easy to use and very self explanatory. A twist of a knob and push of a button got you started right away. Im still getting used to some of the other features. i like the small cup section for bleach. its big enough for small comforters and blankets. I love the almost see through top, very easy to load and unload

on dec. 19, 2020, the machine arrived. i did the install myself, per the manual that came with the washer.i then did the next step and leveled the machine front to back and side to side, using my 1ft. level. when i got the machine leveled, the tub was not anywhere near centered as shown in the book. i contacted customer support and they just kept referring me back to the book.
