PLEASE please
Samsung washer model wa45n3050aw/a4. Serial 0fx45 ddmb07769a 15.11.2019 still has major problems as showed in posting in 2016 & 2017 etc. I can only use cycle DElicate,cold-tem,med-water level with a very small load. The other cycles are the same as stated in comments in prior years. The drum goes crazy and can not complete a load just wasting water. I am the only person using the washer so it's not wornout. It's got to be replaced PLEASE

Short lifespan - avoid if possible
I bought this less than 4 years ago, and it has started making an awful grinding noise whenever the drum spins. Sounds like there is failing bearing. It is so loud, that even with it behind a door, and on the other side of the house, it is deafening. Samsungs official support pages all assume any unpleasant sounds are because you installed it wrong, and as such there is no guidance on how to figure out which bearing is bad or how to replace it. Washer worked fine until recently, but this is less than a year after the 3 year extended service contract expired. Talk about planned obsolescence.

Absolute junk
i have this model washer, a samsung dryer snd a samsung gas stove. they are absolute junk.between the 3 appliances ive spentabout $700 in the past 2 years in repairs.just had the service guy tell me the washer isnt worth reparing this time as part cost is approx $250.these sppluances are less than 5 years old.i will never purchase a ssmsung profuct of any kind in the future

Great product until recently
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this Samsung top-load washer for four years with zero problems until recently. It still cleans well, handles big loads, and is fairly quiet with intuitive controls. Lately, though, I've had to pause and manually rebalance the drum during the rinse/spin cycle or it thumps around. Not a deal-breaker, but it knocks off a star. Overall: reliable and effective, just be aware the spin-balance can get finicky as it ages.
Faulty Clutch Motor; Do Not Buy
we originally purchased this washer in may 2021. within a couple months it started making a cranking, plastic gear grinding type sound. in sep 2021 the first repair was done to replace the clutch motor. by nov 2021 the same noise was back. the clutch motor had failed again. we were offered a replacement unit. we took delivery of that in dec 2021. by mar 2022, the same noise on the new unit was present. in jun 2022, the clutch motor was replaced. by oct 2022, the noise was back yet again. needed a new clutch motor. it is evident through a documented and repeated history, that the clutch motor itself is faulty or these units are designed in such a way that they make the clutch motor fail prematurely.

Loud Grinding Noise
I have this washer 5 days and when it starts to wash it just continues to make a grinding noise. Such loud grinding noise. And it continues. I asked home depot where i bought it. And two of the ladies that work there said this was so for them to. They had this washer. Loud noise and they just said they close the door so they do not hear the noise. I feel it should not make this sound at all. So far keeping an eye on this washer. Please let me know if it is suppose to make the awful noise. Of my past 2 washer I own, Never made a sound.

HORRIBLE MACHINE
Worst machine I have ever owned. It does not get the clothes clean, doesnt cover the clothes with water during the wash cycle and they clothes never move! It agitates but nothing moves! my clothes continually come out smelling like dirty wash water, even after doing them a second time on rinse and spin only, and when I do this after it fills up you can see the suds, dirt, cloudy water! There are other issues I dont even want to mention it just keeps getting worse. It was the worst decision I ever made to purchase this washer. I am stuck with it because I cannot afford to buy another machine

Best Washer for Bleach Use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer November of last year. This model is a 4.5 cu. ft. and it's big enough to fit two loads. I'm 5'3”and I do tippie toe to get to the bottom of the washer. I don't see use of its agitator to wash clothing but works to detangle clothing when washer has a full load. The best about this washer that I love is the faucet for pre-stained clothing and bleach dispenser. The bleach dispenser really well on white clothing that leaves clothing really white. I gave this washer a 3 Star because I don't find use of features like the detergent dispenser and softener dispenser as well.

Love the washer but can't open lid once it starts
WA45T3200AW/A4 I have this washer model and was trying to find how to fill washer with hot water and leave it so I can dye some sheets. I am afraid it will drain like it always does when you pause and open lid and need to access sheets to check the process. Why can't we have the capability to do this. I agree with other comments, should be able to open lid to add more clothes etc.
