I have had this washer for about 1 year and every load I do, I get sooo frustrated that the spin/and drain cycles are sooo long.The washer spends a-lot more time spinning than it does agitating!! Heavy soiled clothes do not come clean because of the ridiculously short agitation time!! Both the wash and rinse cycles are very short and make up only about 1/3 of of the complete cycle....other 2/3 of the cycle is draining and spinning (yes, I timed it) It is very wasteful on water as well if you have started a cycle but want to change it, it drains all the (warm) water out before it starts the new cycle.... no way to save the water!! Such a waste!! Won't fill/run with the lid open, so adding to the load is inconvenient . If you want to add clothes and it is in spin mode, there is no drum brake and you have to wait for the drum to stop spinning/rotating which can be 4-5 minutes. It would be nice to have control over my own washing machine..... and not have to be frustrated by terrible design/programming/features .... and the product manual is a joke.....limited information Overall = Disappointed !!!

Additionally, there are no unbalanced issues like we had with the other washer. The knobs and dials are all perfect, unlike the new washer of another brand that we purchased and returned. The dryer is also perfect with zero problems. Both the washer and dryer are perfect with zero complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new washer and dryer set so we decided to get another Samsung product. The set arrived at our home and we're set up without incident. The washer has the tub with agitator in it. I prefer this over the front loader and also the agitator in the tub cleans better than without one. Im very happy with my new purchase and also bought the warranty, just in case. I would definitely recommend this washer and I would buy it again if I needed to.

Worst washer I have ever had. Bought this to replace a 17 year old Kenmore that cleaned better at 17 years old than this washer did on day one. The clothes come out covered with lint and debris looking dirtier than when they went in. There isn't a lint trap to clean and the manual has very limited instructions. So disappointed. I expected more from Samsung products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Problem from the start. Doesn't rince on normal cycle. Also don't put out any code for a problem but it had more than one issue. Always went to rince and spin when powered on, never did high spin cycle. Repair guy put in a new board which fixed other issues but still don't rince on normal cycle unless you use the extra rince and then does two complete rince cycles that takes forever and waste water. I'm not impressed. Took a week just to get an appointment for repair and no response yet when I told him still not working. I didn't pay that much to babysit a new one, could have done that with my old one 🤬

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this washing machine. The drum holds a lot of clothes. I now only do two loads of laundry a week for myself, instead of three. Heck, my queen size comforter fits in it. It also works rather quickly, so I'm not spending all day washing clothes. I'm a little disappointed in not being able to soak items like I used to in my old machine. It's not a major issue compared to how much better my clothes come out in the regular wash cycle. The little tune it plays when the cycle is done is kinda cute too.

I've been using it a lot, just load, press and sit back until it notifies me that the wash is done. I'm looking for longevity out of this washer and will update review in another six months.
