[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying the last new washer I owned and the one I replaced with this one was purchased brand new in 1996 - yes you read that right. Needless to say it was obviously a good product but getting this brand new one has surpassed my expectations. Like everyone else laundry is a necessary evil in my home and up until this washer it was hot, warm, cold and gentle, normal, or super wash. Well....with all the bells and whistles of this washer I am embarrassed a little to say I actually had to look at the owner manual. I can choose from so many settings I was a little confused. What I really like is that it has an auto level feature that seems to automatically know how much to fill the tub based on the amount of clothes and I love that. It is only my husband and I so filling this washer is next to impossible as the capacity is quite large. Again I am comparing it to an older washer but there is no way the two of us have enough dirty clothes to fill this thing up. I can do in one load what used to take me two. I haven't mentioned yet one of the most exciting features for us is how quiet this washer is when running. We can actually wash clothes without all the noise of prior days. Yes you can hear it running, but only at a low level that doesn't impact anything else you may be doing at the time. I could hear my old one from the other side of the house. LOL I only received the washer due to the fact that I have a gas dryer but we are strongly considering now buying the matching gas dryer to complement what is now a mix matched pair.

I decided to invest in a high quality washing machine because my previous washer was leaving greasy stains and ruining all my clothing. I decided to buy this washing machine because Samsung is a brand I highly trust. I have Previously purchased many Samsung appliances and have never been disappointed. Installation was quick and easy and it fit perfectly to replace my dated machine. I love this washing machine because it’s quiet and very effective in cleaning my clothes. I love the agitator, it’s strong and durable, yet gentle on even the most delicate clothes I own: It does a great job in getting heavily soiled clothes clean. This machine is technically superior in the way it spins using high speeds. It’s so fun to watch from the clear top lid. The machine in general is so easy to utilize. It’s very user friendly as the Digital options are easy to navigate and choose. My elderly parents were able to use it to without issue and were used to using washing machines with only dial options, not digital. Overall, I am highly impressed with this machine. It’s superior and high quality. I’m so pleased and excited to use it for years to come.

I was skeptical about buying a Samsung washer especially a top load but I am glad I did it definitely have saved me on my water bill and also has saved my clothes keeping them nice instead of tearing them up like my last washer . I really like the quick wash it's all I usually use but i have tried the other options and they work great it's not to loud it does have a little vibration when spinning out but what washer doesn't atleast I haven't found one. The only thing bad so far is if u wash a big blanket that soaks up water easily it will Throw it off track so I learned put it on auto when you wash big blankets. Other then that it is a great washer . Samsung definitely upped there game on this one .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i absolutely love this washer and i am so happy with my purchase. it has far exceeded my expectations. it is so large that i can wash anything i need including bulky bedding. i love the soft close lid and the fact that i can see inside. my clothes come out very clean and fresh smelling. it has so many settings you can find the perfect one for whatever you are doing. i am so glad i decided to buy this washer.

The tub is deep and allows for more clothes to be washed per cycle than our last machine, speeding up the laundry process The variety of settings is more than we have ever had, especially the automatic function that detects the appropriate water level. When I do laundry, I usually use the normal or quick wash setting for both colors and whites and it works like a charm. The self cleaning option is a plus, it notifies us when the machine needs to complete a self cleaning cycle that doesn't require any additional cleaning products. The new vibration reduction technology works as promised. Not once have I heard the machine rubbling or dancing around the laundry room because of an of an unbalanced load. Unlike our previous front loading machine, clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. No mildewy smell or residue. We are big fans of Samsung televisions and are happy with this Samsung appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My washer broke and I needed a quick replacement. Fast shipping, company hooked it up and removed my old washer for a small fee! The washer capacity is huge! I love the self cleaning feature and am very satisfied at this time.

Worst washer ever...takes hours for one load...so cost more in electric. Always need to use deep fill or it will never clean the clothes. It never fully draines there is always water in the bottom. My old turn know washer can have all the was done in one day off....this takes to much time for one load all day I'm lucky to get two loads of wash done. Stay away from computers horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our washer around 1 month ago and couldn’t be happier. We use scent/dye free detergent and with our old washer, it just wasn’t doing a good job getting odor out. First wash with the Samsung and there are no odors whatsoever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this washer. The large capacity is great for doing loads of towels and heavier clothes. The drawer for putting in laundry soap and liquid softener is very convenient to use. Would definitely recommend to others! The ActiveWave agitator cleans great but is still gentle! We do about 4 loads of laundry each week. This machine is very quiet which I really like for when working!
