I bought it on Feb 26,2025 at Sam's Club in Alpharetta. Everything is ok except it tore out some towels everytime. So if Sam's Club ir SamSung have any technicians can help me, please contact us to fix it.

Washer is level. Whether I was 4 items or 15 it is always unbalanced. I reorganize every load 2 to 3 times each wash. Not worth the money or aggravation

Suspension rods went out within two years. They wanted to send a tech out for the same price as the washing machine and that doesn't include the repair.

I have had this washer for about 1 year and every load I do, I get sooo frustrated that the spin/and drain cycles are sooo long.The washer spends a-lot more time spinning than it does agitating!! Heavy soiled clothes do not come clean because of the ridiculously short agitation time!! Both the wash and rinse cycles are very short and make up only about 1/3 of of the complete cycle....other 2/3 of the cycle is draining and spinning (yes, I timed it) It is very wasteful on water as well if you have started a cycle but want to change it, it drains all the (warm) water out before it starts the new cycle.... no way to save the water!! Such a waste!! Won't fill/run with the lid open, so adding to the load is inconvenient . If you want to add clothes and it is in spin mode, there is no drum brake and you have to wait for the drum to stop spinning/rotating which can be 4-5 minutes. It would be nice to have control over my own washing machine..... and not have to be frustrated by terrible design/programming/features .... and the product manual is a joke.....limited information Overall = Disappointed !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity in this Washer is super comparing to the one i had before i can now wash my comforter without worrying i have to go to the cleaners the fact that the agitator is not in it is so easier to put more clothes in that a plus Samsung you got something going for you the design is great i love the look and the performance is tops
