My mom, cousin, and I all bought this same washer over a year ago and we've all had the same problems 1st it stop spinning and we all replace the same part. The springs. 2nd the hot water inlet valve doesn't shut of on mines and my mom so now we has to replace that part to keep water from running the whole cycle. We are very disappointed in this product.

I've been using it a lot, just load, press and sit back until it notifies me that the wash is done. I'm looking for longevity out of this washer and will update review in another six months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've always had top washers with agitators in the middle so this was quite a change! A change for the better! This washer is amazing! It holds so many clothes in one load! I was even able to wash my giant king sized comforter with no problem at all. It came out so clean and smelling fresh. No more running it through 2-3 times after taking it out to rearrange. It has many options and water levels to choose from. I love the spot to pour in the fabric softener and liquid bleach if needed to that it is distributed evenly. I would highly recommend this washer!

I've had this washer now for 1 month and it's awful. It takes so much more water than my front loader to get the clothes all wet and all it does is push the clothes back and forth and doesn't seem to really do a decent job of washing. Clothes come out with the same stains as when they went in the washer. I called customer support today because I noticed that when I was washing with hot water the water was just warm and warm water was cold. I waited for the washer to fill and paused it to check the temp and I thought something was wrong with it. Was told that is how it is because of energy efficiency. What kind of crap is that?

The washer is top of the line compared to other Top Loading Washing Machines. It has the most capacity for large loads yet there is very little noise when running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, it was an excellent TEMPORARY machine(roughly 3-4 months). After which the balancing springs became rusted/corroded and just simply worn out. At this point the washer had become useless really without risking it violently shaking itself apart like a brick in a dryer. I'm sure that once I get new springs in the washer it will WORK like it did when new, however the rust renders it an antique for good.
