Molds 6 months before the exp date. Unless you can use this in a week time frame do not buy.

This cheese tastes good by itself but when you put it in a salad you cannot taste parmesan at all. Members mark do something about that.

Got this for the first time last weekend. And we've used it everyday since then. Great on pot roast, pizza, pasta, soup, etc. etc.

We have bought this cheese for a couple of years and in the last 12 months it molds extremely fast. Within 3 weeks or so. SO annoying.

The cheese has a really gross aftertaste. When used in food or bakes, it turns plastic like. Not good.

fine print says use within 7 days or freeze. instructions are right eight day second time around had mold.

Buy this frequently for my pasta and other things, great price and great add one, easy. Puppy loves it in his food too!

Opened our parm up and really enjoyed it. Less than two weeks later it was moldy, months before the best by date. Very disappointed. Such a waste.
