We use a lot of parmesan cheese in our house and this item is a perfect match for us! Taste is great and quality is much better than the “powdered” version. It stores well and is easy to use. Love it!

I use this for my Greek dishes. It melts well and the flavor is much better than the grated powder. The price is pennies more for making a yummy dish.

We put parchment paper on a cookie sheet then put a bunch of this cheese on it and flatten it out. I bake it at 350 for about 20 mins, then let it cool for just a few minutes, then cut it up with a pizza cutter. Takes place of our rolls and it super yummy broke up on salads.

Real parmesan cheese in a nice large container. No fillers just real cheese shredded. The parmesan cheese is always fresh. We keep in on hand and sprinkle over the vegetables and salad. Already shredded is a plus. Price is reasonable for this large 24 oz jar. I keep the containers after to put my snacks in!

Un fortunately this is not what I would call a good Parmesan cheese. I had a very light flavor, to light.

I hadn't even used a third of the container yet, and the cheese turned gray and moldy! The container was only open for like 2-3 weeks, too, so that was a bummer!

I usually buy this container because it’s worth the price and it’s good. This last time that I bought it though it had chunks of mold after a couple of days of opening it. I normally don’t return food items, but with hyper inflation I had to return it.

This is not Parmigiano. This is some sort of fake American product called "parmesan" that has twice the salt and none of the flavor of regular Parmegiano cheese. It is coated in some sort of flower or cornstarch which keeps it from melting as well so you need to turn up the heat or else you get big chunks of cheese sticks on whatever you're putting it on.

Have purchased this product on several occasions and each time it has molded within ten days of purchase making it not an economical purchase. The expiration date being much later than when the product molds. Would not recommend this product. Very dissatisfied.
