Great on pizza with mozzarella and/or Muenster. Want a more ground pulse a bit in the processor and the flavor holds better than the shaker cheese. Salads, potatoes, eggs, etc. works

I usually buy parmesan in block and shred it myself, but I decided to try the MM shredded parmesan do to no additives and being cost-effective. I would buy it again.

For years, I have been buying parmesan at Sam's in a wedge. Suddenly that option is gone and a plastic container with an unknown product is offered in it place. I HATE IT!!! Who knows what you are pushing as parmesan. Come on, your customers are not idiots.

Sorry, no comparison to the real Italian Reggiano Parmigiano. With the balance of the container. I have chosen to sprinkle it on my dog’s food sparingly from time to time. For those that have not enjoyed Reggiano, do yourself a favor and try it. You will then appreciate my review.

I hadn't even used a third of the container yet, and the cheese turned gray and moldy! The container was only open for like 2-3 weeks, too, so that was a bummer!

Hard and does not melt. Not flavorful.

Went straight to the fridge after purchase. Mold growing in the container less than 1 week after purchase. Best by date Sept 2026. Bought 6/2026

Every time I’ve bought this, there’s been mold inside. As I use it throughout the week I continue to find more and more chunks of mold.

Had an expiration date of June 2026 and opened it up in March to find it allll moldy. Not just moldy on the top, but moldy throughout and seen on all sides.

Have purchased this product on several occasions and each time it has molded within ten days of purchase making it not an economical purchase. The expiration date being much later than when the product molds. Would not recommend this product. Very dissatisfied.
