Very good product. Love that there are no fillers used in this like cellulose.

Bought twice, refrigerated after opening entire time, went bad within 2 weeks both times. Today is 25 Mar and expiration is 28 Jul.

I only purchased this cheese because the Romano I normally purchase had been recalled and removed from the shelves. This cheese has absolutely no taste at all.

It was expired! I was eating this for 2 weeks before I realized the best used by date was in September. I bought this in October! I know cheese lasts until it's molded basically but I don't want to buy something at the end of its shelf life.

If you purchase this cheese, you better use it quickly! I had it less than one week and had to throw it out because it started growing fungus and mold…..

First off I read the reviews and it said it molded real fast so I use extra protection. I use clean gloves they use it. I’ve only used it twice and I just looked in my refrigerator if it’s been in my refrigerator for two weeks and it’s starting to mold.

It tastes like salted wax and molds extremely fast. The seal of the jar was fine when I opened it and it was 3 months prior to the Best By Date. It doesn’t have much if any cheesy flavor. And two weeks after I had opened it, it had molded spots throughout even though it was still 2 1/2 months prior to the best by date.

Good cheese. Fresh and tasty!

we buy this on the regular! I put it on steamed veggies and anything remotely Italian--love it!
