Have purchased this product on several occasions and each time it has molded within ten days of purchase making it not an economical purchase. The expiration date being much later than when the product molds. Would not recommend this product. Very dissatisfied.

This is not Parmigiano. This is some sort of fake American product called "parmesan" that has twice the salt and none of the flavor of regular Parmegiano cheese. It is coated in some sort of flower or cornstarch which keeps it from melting as well so you need to turn up the heat or else you get big chunks of cheese sticks on whatever you're putting it on.

We use this in many ways; salad, pasta, dishes, etc. we’ve used for many years and will continue to purchase

Great on pizza with mozzarella and/or Muenster. Want a more ground pulse a bit in the processor and the flavor holds better than the shaker cheese. Salads, potatoes, eggs, etc. works

If you purchase this cheese, you better use it quickly! I had it less than one week and had to throw it out because it started growing fungus and mold…..

I’m so glad to be able to get this at SAMS - the quality is so much better than the little baggies of shredded parm at the grocery store - and it’s JUST Parmesan (some of us don’t like it blended with Asiago like many other stores seem to be doing). And I’ve never had an issue with it molding or going bad - we use it for 2-3 weeks after opening with no problems. YUM!

I always keep this in my fridge. Much better than the powdered parmesan.
