I think this stuff is made from plastic. (It's not, that's just what it feels like in your mouth.)

Is a great cheese but does mold quickly. Not happy at all

I bought this on 1/17/15. I opened it to use 4 days later, and there was already mold growing on the inside. Use by date is 5/4/15. Not buying again.

I used this to make alfredo sauce. It did not melt well and was very clumpy and grainy. It ruined the entire meal. Do not recommend.

We enjoyed it the first time we opened it but it molded less than a week later. Almost two months before the expiration date. Very disappointed.
