My cheese went bad way before expiration date. Very disappointed! Never had problems with other brands.

Cheese doesn’t taste fresh and has a weird aftertaste. Used to purchase this all of the time and used to be a consistent product, but not anymore.

This is the second time I've had to throw away at least half a container before the expiration date. The cheese is always refrigerated but gets blue/ green mold. Very disappointed with this product.

After just a few weeks of refrigeration, this product becomes filled with mold and must be thrown away. What a waste of money.What does the distributor have to say about this recurring problem or doesn't he stand behind his problem?

You may get a lot but there’s no flavor in this stuff. I usually shred my own from a block or buy Sargento. I won’t buy this again and I’ll probably not use the rest of it.

After only a week and a half after opening the product with an expiration date for months away, there was already mold growing at the bottom of the container on the cheese. This was a total waste of money.

I have purchased this grated cheese more than once and EVERY TIME molds sets in long before the expiration date. I kept thinking it was an isolated issue but NO. It's just inferior quality.

sampling this product with a ravioli today it was so good on it fresh parm. good combo.

i love this stuff but within 10-14days it gets moldy ruining the whole jar.
