Bought this product 3 weeks ago with an expiration of March 2025. Had to throw away half of the container due to mold.

I read the reviews about this going bad quickly so I put it in serving size bags and froze it. Made perfect alredo sauce.

Very dried Parmesan, so much stuff put in to keep the pieces apart downgrade the taste. Will not buy again.

Great on my eggs in the morning and great on salads.

Great taste, easy to store and use.

Very good and much better value than small containers in the grocery store.
