I used to buy this all the time, but the last two times I've bought it, it became moldy and I had to throw it out and this was way before its expiration date. I quit buying it although I loved having it on hand.

I don't use a lot of parm but like to have it around when I do need it for a recipe. It's as expected for fresh parm. For those who said it gets moldy fast I suggest freezing small portions in plastic wrap.

Not genuine Parmesan. This is a poor Uruguayan substitute. Tates nothing like real Parmesan, more like a stale medium plastic cheddar.

I know we wouldn’t had used it all by the expiration but now we can’t use any! App isnt letting me load photos, but, obvious discoloration, mold. Expires at the end of July this year. Wont be buying again
