Though it dose not show that it has a lot of salt, the alfredo sauce I made with it was really salty tasting, and we added no salt.

Read the fine print. It says use or freeze within 7 days of opening. We did not read it and ended up with moldy cheese.

I bought it once & it was great. Bought it again & it molded immediately. Thinking it was a fluke, I tried once again, & it molded too. Won't buy again.

I just purchased this on 5/3/17 and by 5/13/17 green and moldy. It has been refrigerated the entire time. How can this be an ongoing issue...I will not buy again.

I would love to give this product more stars but we just threw a new container away. The expiration date wasn't for a fee months. This is not the first time this has happened. Highly disappointing. Won't be wasting my money again on this product!

We buy this cheese buy the case. We freeze it and just get another bottle out when we finish one. Freezing doesn't change the taste or the texture. Taste Great, our favorite Parmesan. Makes wonderful cheese toast .

Great packaging and easy to use. We put this cheese on almost everything...salads, pastas, meat dishes and veggies. If there was a beverage that called for cheese, we'd probably use it for that, too.

This is a great product. The taste is good, haven't had any problems with conserving it. The kids love it on their spaghetti. I love to add it to my salads.

What a waste:( of $$ This cheese Mold to fast! Maybe you should sale smaller containers? Unless you're using the complete container. ( Don't get me wrong it's awesome cheese ! )

It’s good, but it always goes bad before we can use it all. And I’m talking like within a week. We keep it refrigerated as well. If you’re not going to use it all in 2-3 days, it’s a waste of money.
