Making homemade chicken parmigiana and after doing my research, this was the best price and it tastes amazing.

I like to take this and put it into 1C bags, then put them in a zip lock bag in my freezer. When I need one, i just take one bag out to use.

Great on pasta dishes. Be sure to use it or freeze part of it...ours developed mold after a few weeks in the fridge.

this cheese is superb, great price , aged to perfection. and delicious on everything especially ceasar salad.

I was surprised the flavor of the cheese. It just really popped and so good added to salads, avocados, and anything to give it great flavor.

I divide this into smaller bags and freeze it until I need it, outside it goes bad before I can use it all.

Large tub for a great price. Didn’t melt when put on top of item baking in the oven but otherwise worked well in many different recipes.
