purchased this item on December 18 and by January 18 it was moldy. It was refrigerated at all times. Will not purchase again.

Added this to top off cream cheese stuffed porkchop recipe, taste was excellent, quality and textures were very appetizing!

This cheese worked well in the Alfredo sauce that I prepared from scratch. It melted easily and gave the sauce great flavor.

I am never without this Parmesan cheese in my refrigerator…at least not intentionally. I love this product and it is great on my Caesar salad!

Large tub for a great price. Didn’t melt when put on top of item baking in the oven but otherwise worked well in many different recipes.

Made nice alfredo with this, the frozen garlic, and heavy cream. All were from Sam's, my family was raving.

Good in a salad or on Italian food. As expected, good value, firm, dry, long shreds of parmesan cheese.
