This is good parmesan. It's so much better than the powdered kind and I like the convenience of the big container.

tastes good, and better than Kraft, but still not as good as getting the real thing and shredding it by hand.

Though it dose not show that it has a lot of salt, the alfredo sauce I made with it was really salty tasting, and we added no salt.

It's nice to have a good shredded parmesan cheese without additives. Real cheese without anti-caking powders.

This is the bargain of the Year! While other place have reduced their size and raised their prices--this Parmesan Cheese remains a STEAL!

Really good quality smooth and creamy, but not bland, great for making Alfredo sauce. Excellent price and consistent quality.

The shreds "feel" dry, but the taste is great. And much better than grated cheese "powder" on pasta.

On two occasions this product has started to mold within 2-3 weeks of being opened, despite the expiration date being almost 2 months away.

A great purchase! I make Caesar salads often & this is the way to go for a fresh taste of Parmesan for my creation!! Great value !!

Absolutely love this Parmesan. Always fresh better than using the old traditional granulated product.
