When opened theunau first time the seal was broken and mold was on top of cheese

Parmesan that is not too tasty

Doesn’t melt well for my vegetable dishes. Clumps when melting . Works very well for Caesar salads.

It's nice to have a good shredded parmesan cheese without additives. Real cheese without anti-caking powders.
