SIMPLY THE BEST! After trying many different brands I STOPPED when I discovered this one IN SAM'S CLUB!

Much better than the packaged stuff. Stays fresh longer than grating from a bar of fresh cheese although not as good as grating fresh

I use shredded Parmesan cheese in several recipes and it is more convenient to have it large quantity on hand

Made nice alfredo with this, the frozen garlic, and heavy cream. All were from Sam's, my family was raving.

This is good cheese I just keep it in the freezer and pull out about an hour before needed price is ok but like everything else it's going up

Member’s Mark Parmesan Cheese is so fresh and flakey. You will never go back to grated shaker cheese after tasting what Real cheese tastes like.

Absolutely love this Parmesan. Always fresh better than using the old traditional granulated product.
