Making homemade chicken parmigiana and after doing my research, this was the best price and it tastes amazing.

I like to take this and put it into 1C bags, then put them in a zip lock bag in my freezer. When I need one, i just take one bag out to use.

The shreds "feel" dry, but the taste is great. And much better than grated cheese "powder" on pasta.

purchased this item on December 18 and by January 18 it was moldy. It was refrigerated at all times. Will not purchase again.

This taste better than the powdered cheese and according to the ingredients is all cheese with no Cellulose (sawdust).

Large tub for a great price. Didn’t melt when put on top of item baking in the oven but otherwise worked well in many different recipes.

This cheese worked well in the Alfredo sauce that I prepared from scratch. It melted easily and gave the sauce great flavor.

I use for everything and make crisp for my salads. There is nothing like fresh parm wand this is a great price.

Shredded Parmesan cheese. We buy this all the time and make homemade Caesar salads works very well also in Alfredo.

this us terrible. It ruined my alfredo. taste waxy. I used it twice. Ended up tossing in the garbage. won't ever buy it again.
