Halfway through the container and we found mold. We had just opened it a week ago. Kept it refrigerated. The use by date was still weeks away. We had to toss it.

It’s great very good cheese. The problem is the plastic container causes condensation and it mold quickly after opening. Lost several containers to mold.

Love the taste and convenience, but it molds well before the expiration date. Second time it has happened to me. I won’t buy again. The company needs to figure out a better packaging solution.
