Opened this about a week ago and it’s already full of mold. It has 2 months until expiration. Gross.

Used this for Alfredo which left a gritty unpleasant feel in your mouth. We’ve used pre-shredded before without the texture issues.

Great tasting Parmesan. I purchase this often and it’s never molding and lasts a long time. Such a great price for how much you get.

Dispatch is good but I’ve had to return this on multiple occasions because it gets moldy before the expiration date

Great value, but I can't use before it gets moldy. I started vacuum sealing portions and freeze! Problem solved!
