Fresh Parmesan is just too expensive, and I hate grating cheese. I have used this for years. I cook Italian 50%+ of the time, and I’ve never been disappointed in the quality or taste.

I like this cheese but have a problem with it molding before it expires even though I don't even touch the cheese & never put unused cheese back in the container.

This is so handy to have fresh Parmesan shedded and ready to add to cooked dishes or salads. We like to make fresh breadsticks and the cheese is a nice flavorful addition.

Great product. Easy to use. Great flavor. We put some in the refrigerator and freeze the rest so it lasts. We use it fairly quickly but it will mold fast

We use parmesan cheese on pasta, fish, salads, pizza and so much more. Love the value of the large size and the quality of the cheese. It can also be frozen for periods when you're not cooking a lot or are going out of town for an extended period.

You snooze, you lose. Use fast within a week after opening. First time using it and I didn’t use often. It grew mold and into the garbage it went. Wasted money. Fridge life is not long lasting as I thought it would be.

This has to be the best parmesan in shredded form that I've had from a store. Quick/easy to use in a multitude of recipes and great to just grab a pinch and eat by itself. Great quality, great storage unit and really fabulous price.
