This Parm is very good, but molds before we can eat the entire container. We put half in the freezer and enjoy it longer.

Dispatch is good but I’ve had to return this on multiple occasions because it gets moldy before the expiration date

I use this in everything from Scrambled eggs, to salads, to just eating it for a quick protein. I also use it for dog train g at times.

Used this for Alfredo which left a gritty unpleasant feel in your mouth. We’ve used pre-shredded before without the texture issues.

I can’t believe I found this amazing deal!! Not only is it WAY more cheaper than another bulk store but it’s a WAY better quality. I would go through allot and I’ve been using this one for couple weeks and it still seems full!!

We keep this on hand to garnish salads, Italian dishes and other dishes. We also use it in recipes that call for grated parmesan cheese. It keeps well in the refrigerator.

This Parmesan cheese melts well in soups and sauces, and it has a nice aroma, but the flavor is bland. It's fine for melting on spaghetti with marinara sauce, but it will not stand up to anything meatier, like a hearty bolognese.

I have been purchasing this product for years. I have always love the quality and flavor. The cheese is in a large quantity, so I usually freeze this and use what I need. It freezes perfectly.
