I got this and it was great taste and the texture is just as good

Love to have on hand. I keep in the freezer and pull out when I need some cheese.

Went bad in just a few days (Mold)

Became moldy within a few days

Was molded in just a couple of days. Had not even been opened!

Horrendous,it's a shame that Sams would even sell this product. It adds little flavor and doesn't melt into sauces as it should. Although adding twice the amount of this "so called" Parmesan to an Alfredo sauce it left the sauce tasteless, it also "did not" melt completely. Adding to a red sauce produced the same results. I'll purchase and grate "real parmesan".

Expires 3 months from now. Opened last night, very next night its moldly. What a waste of money. Highly disappointed.
