Cold shredded parmesan cheese is three times better than anything else. Past yummy !!!

I use this along with cottage cheese & eggs to make wraps.

I bought this cheese for a recipe and had it in my fridge. When i went to use it, it was full of clumps of mold. It was unopened and was not expired. I had to cancel my supper. Very dissapointing and embarrassing.
