This is a great product. The taste is good, haven't had any problems with conserving it. The kids love it on their spaghetti. I love to add it to my salads.

This parmesan taste good, but does not melt well. I made chicken alfredo and the cheese would not melt completely. I had small rice size bits in my sauce.

To make this last longer, I break it down into smaller packages and vacuum seal them. It keeps the cheese fresher and makes it more economical to buy. It works well in all my recipes and on my salads.

Love the taste and convenience, but it molds well before the expiration date. Second time it has happened to me. I won’t buy again. The company needs to figure out a better packaging solution.

This cheese has a wonderful taste, but unfortunately, it doesn't last long after opening. It begins to mold quickly, which makes it feel like I'm wasting my money since I never get to enjoy the entire product.

I just purchased this on 5/3/17 and by 5/13/17 green and moldy. It has been refrigerated the entire time. How can this be an ongoing issue...I will not buy again.

While the quality of this is initially good, be very careful when using this product. It often gets moldy when only half gone. I have been very careful to use a clean, dry utensil every time to remove the cheese, but it still happens. Use it quickly and be meticulous about not using your fingers or dirty Utensils to scoop out the cheese.

Great fresh long shred product. We store ours in the freezer as there are just two of us in the household. The cheese is great right from the freezer as it stays dry and easy to just grab a handful as needed. It has great melting properties for homemade pizza. The flavor remains mild and as you would expect for a restaurant grade item.

Was wondering through the food section and saw this setting on top of the Kraft Parmesan. Someone had picked this up in the refrigerated section and dropped it off here. It was still cold, and I thought that I would give it a try. Excellent flavor. Will be buying this again.

Such a great cheese and reasonably priced. While everything is rising and decreasing depending on the product this is definitely a must have for the house as it goes with a lot. Salads, soups, sides, garnishes, just so much can be done and it taste so good. The tubs are also great to store other things in and reuse after the product is finished. 10/10 recommend
