The case was missing cans due to packaging mishap or case opening and being glued back together. Cans were tipped over and 5 were missing. Purina sent me a coupon to replace but can't use them at Sam's.

They only like the shredded meat. However, the meat is not a real cut; it's a combination of different things that are formed into meatlike products. The price is good, but I'm not going to buy it again.

The box came to me all opened and taped up. It was all torn up , the cans were all bent up , the Majority oy them anyways. Not a little bent, it was 1/2 to 3/4 of the can. I don’t think I’ll be ordering cat food from Sam’s again .

The box looked fine when I received it, but when I opened it to put the cans away, most of the cans inside were smashed. One can was so smashed that it was opened.

My cats love this canned food but I only give one star since Sam's club does not have any available for pick up and wants to charge me to ship it. Now I have to go buy it somewhere else. This is the reason I got the membership. It's definitely time to end the membership.

I’m not sure why but this always comes with damaged cans that I cannot use. The outer cardboard box will be in perfect condition with no dents or tears but at least 25% of the cans inside will have bad dents. It looks like they were packaged that way before shipment.

This is the second time I’ve ordered this item online. Both times most of the cans were bashed. I had to check each can to make sure that air had not gotten into any of them. I don’t want my cats to get sick. I don’t think I’ll order these for delivery anymore.
