[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not really happy with the product, but as the saying goes " you get hat you pay for". It is inferior and cheap. One example is from the very beginning, the freezer light doesn't work and never has, there is no drawer for dairy, as in cheese etc., and I cannot figure out how to take the shelves out to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The replacement refrigerator is extremely energy efficient and dropped our electric bill by almost $25, within the last billing cycle. The refrigerator is simple. Note, storage solutions are needed but pleased with the space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it in Nov 2022 and this month the refrig was not getting cold enough for food to store safely (55 -60 degrees). We had to have someone come out to replace the motor. It took them 2 weeks to come out and do this after multiple calls/complaints from me and my husband.

The surface of this item will not hold magnets, so it cannot be stainless steel. My family photos are still seeking a new display location. The surface will glisten quite well if you use a stainless steel polish. The item does work as advertised so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with purchase, but after a few months, the fridge door started rubbing when being shut, had it looked at and apparently there is no adjustment on the hinges and was instructed to use a bit of petroleum jelly where the side seal contacts the door

This was not my 1st choice as I used to have bottom freezer but needed a new fridge immediately. After using for a few weeks I am well pleased with th function and easy to organize my food in both fridge and freezer.

We were coming from another brand (came with the house) that had lots of bells & whistles, but we neither wanted nor needed them. Enter our LG LTCS20020S, a traditional fridge but with LG reliability. We couldn't be happier! It does everything we want, very well, and at a sweet price point to boot.

This was an excellent choice, excellent features. For the price it was large had spacious drawers and lots of space on the door with lots of freezer space!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about a month ago. Like many of the features, i.e. larger freezer, glass shelves, deeper on door racks. Only down side is at times, randomly it has a vibrating sound that can go from low to high in sound. Annoying!
