I own another LG product and it has lasted me around 10 years thus far. That's the reason I choose to purchase an LG refrigerator when the one I had went bad. This new LG refrigerator works great thus far and I love how COLD it keeps the things inside!! I would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model because we needed a simple, sturdy fridge in our garage as a secondary fridge for our house. This one has a smaller profile and works excellently for additional refrigerator/freezer.

I wanted a good basic refrigerator, and this satisfies. It works well, is designed well, and has a relatively small footprint for it's internal space. It's quiet, except for occasional whimpering noises (which are soft, but odd). My only disappointment is that it doesn't have a freezer light. I didn't realize internal lights weren't standard, so it wasn't a "feature" I was looking for, but it's pretty obvious that it's missing. Also a bit disappointing that the "optional" ice maker appears to be unavailable anywhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] a couple of mishaps out of the box, axle on the wheel was not installed correctly and fell out on unboxing, and looked like a fork lift dent in the door, service man came out right away and took care of all the problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG promised delivery in 2 days. So I purchased the fridge, but delivery came almost 10 days later. The people in charge of delivery had no clue when delivery would be made even till 2 hours before actual delivery. Messed up processes!!!

The associate who took our order was very nice and very thorough about explaining things, delivery was in a timely manner, the delivery Guy's were very nice and respectful. Like I said very good experience all around.

The only problem is the two front feet are different sizes and there are not any in the back. I am not sure if there is suppose to be 2 feet or four. Very confused and in the front we have a piece of wood to keep it level.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator a little over a year ago. It had been working fine and suited our needs. I like how there is no computer type screen and how it is lo fi. But then it stopped cooling properly and it’s been a headache. We will need to rebuild one of the systems. Thankfully LG is paying for this, but we wouldn’t have bought the product if we knew we might encounter this problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a MAYTAG about 2 years ago, nothing but problems so I decided to move on and buy a different refrigerator right away, went to Lowes and found the LG model, after viewing some of the other display models I chose this model, very clean, excellent price and once I had it delivered 2 days after my purchase I am completely satisfied, its very quiet, perfect temperatures inside, plenty of room on the shelves easy to remove shelves if need be for cleaning etc. I strongly recommend and in the future would buy another one when that time arrives and recommend to others to do the same.
