[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keeps things cool, but some minor problems. 1. No light in the freezer. 2. Clean front panel, but impossible to keep clean without exterior handles. 3. Bottom door does not fully close without a nudge.

We really like the look of the refrigerator. I like glass shelves, the meat and veggie bin are fair enough size. The side door slots are very accommodating for wider larger items. It was cool enough within 30 minutes of plugging in, although we waited the suggested 24 hours. It's a very nice fridge for the price. We've only had it for 10 days, but so far so good.

I've had this since 2012. The bottom freezer took a bit getting used to. You DO have to "dig" to find your items but the upper refrigerator is better because MOST needed items are at the best level. The stainless is easy to keep clean ( not prone to too many fingerprints). Chimes if doors left open. Very satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a few weeks ago and it is working fine. I added the ice maker with no problem. The only issue I have is that it sits lower to the floor than my last refrigerator so I have to watch my toes when closing the lower door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had our new LG refrigerator for a little over a month now, couldn't be more happy with how it looks and performs. Quiet running, and versatile storage with movable shelves. We have a limited space for our fridge, and this model was one of very few that would fit and still provide adequate storage. Plus the stainless exterior is fantastic.

I bought this online so hadn't seen it in person. It's a very attractive design and was delighted with the way it looked on arrival. However, the shared air between freezer/refrigerator that I had known nothing about causes the freezer door to pop open every time the refrigerator door closes. Sometime the freezer door close itself, sometimes it remain slightly ajar. I am returning it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this a year ago how ever the motor stopped working a year in but I still have it a 5 star because LG came to my house a couple days after I contacted them and replaced the motor in my freezer in less than 15 minute. And it’s working like new again.

The delivery team did an outstanding job hauling away the old fridge and installing the new one with inches to spare in a tight right angle staircase.
