We were coming from another brand (came with the house) that had lots of bells & whistles, but we neither wanted nor needed them. Enter our LG LTCS20020S, a traditional fridge but with LG reliability. We couldn't be happier! It does everything we want, very well, and at a sweet price point to boot.

Fridge has great lighting. Freezer makes cubes quickly. Great shelf adjustments. Very pleased with the performance and its Super quiet. Only draw back is the stainless steel and finger prints. A small price to pay for a Great Fridge. Good value for the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the product online and it’s a second refrigerator for us- the only downside so far is that when you close the refrigerator door the freezer door is jarred and I have to make sure it’s closed. Also we needed the door to open from the right and there was nowhere to request that before delivery so we had to do itbourselves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new refrigerator quickly. This was one of the few available due to the microchip shortage. I had to reverse the door due to out kitchen layout. The process was tricky, and the bolts and screws did not fit cleanly in the new holes on the opposite sides. Doors are now misaligned and fix documented in the owners manual did not fix the problem. Storage on the door is limited. Interior lighting is poor. There is no light in the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been so pleased with this refrigerator. It is so bright inside and drawers slide easily. There is room on the door for tall items. I will consider LG Electronics in the future as this was my first purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a fridge for the garage for overflow. It has never as much as struggled to keep thing cold and frozen we live in the south and had a nice hot summer. It holds more then my side by side in the kitchen. We love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Selection process was very easy. Needed to replace garage refrigerator after 20 years. I was able to upsize my existing unit by 3.5 cu ft for the same price. After receiving the unit it became apparent very quickly that this additional space would come in very useful. Haven’t touched any controls since the unit was initially powered. Both freezer and refrigerator space cooled to appropriate temps within hours. Had just a bit of an issue with the delivery process but that definitely was not a manufacturer’s issue.

I am sorry not to give a positive review: freezer ices up every few weeks, fridge is never colder than 55. The shelf spacing inside not easy to organize items, crisper handles too big and no lowest shelf on door because of that. Door too close to floor, my bare feet get caught if I don’t watch out. The light is always on. The technician was in contact with me, but is a few hours away and has not yet scheduled a visit.
