Consumer tests said LG was in the top 10 this year and I found a model that fit into the niche in my kitchen, so, I chose this LG as a replacement for my failing refrigerator. Its temperature reached the optimum within 6 hours of installation and has great operation since then - about 3 weeks ago.

I am sorry not to give a positive review: freezer ices up every few weeks, fridge is never colder than 55. The shelf spacing inside not easy to organize items, crisper handles too big and no lowest shelf on door because of that. Door too close to floor, my bare feet get caught if I don’t watch out. The light is always on. The technician was in contact with me, but is a few hours away and has not yet scheduled a visit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this the end of December 2021. I had a few concerns with other reviews, but it turned out to be non-issues. I had read the freezer door pops open and then shuts again when shutting the fridge door. It will if you let it fly; it actually addresses this in the manual. So, if you have kids that like to slam things, this might not be for you. Another review said LG's customer service is awful, again a non-issue. I called about the freezer door popping open and they scheduled a service call. So, they did indeed respond and then sent a text telling me this issue is addressed in the manual and I cancelled the service call. Overall, I find the fridge spacious and I use one of the crispers for my deli drawer (another non-issue). Someone mentioned about the noise (there are typical quiet fridge noises and there is a higher pitched sound when it is running). I do not find it annoying (and I sit right by it on my computer). I really don't even hear it anymore. I love the fact it has not handles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I selected this LG model because it was highly rated (81) in Consumer Reports and has good customer reviews on multiple sites. It is very spacious for its size and functions well. I find it to be very quiet. I would have liked a deli drawer but the lack of one was easily remedied with a couple of storage bins. It replaced a side-by-side and as mentioned in some reviews, I learned quickly to stand back a bit when opening the fridge as it is low to the ground and will scrape the top of your foot if too close. I was fortunate to find it during a Memorial Day sales and saved some off of the already reasonable price. I have only had it in use for a couple of weeks, but so far I am very pleased.

We've only had it a week but we love our new refrigerator. Nice and spacious. Led lights are nice and bright. Delivery was earlier than expected. Delivery men did a wonderful job removing the old one and replacing with the new one. Drinks are nice and cold.

It only took one week to get here and I love it. Lots of space on shelves and wider shelves on doors. Easy to set controls and a huge freezer compartment. What else can you want.

Several items of various sizes fit easily on the door. The freezer has an adjustable shelf and room for an ice maker.

It fits more items than my previous one (which was not an LG) and the fit is perfect in my breezeway. I have received multiple comments on it and I highly recommend it. I have other LG products and I have found that they are the best to purchase not just for their good looks but also for their longevity and quality.

This fridge is the PERFECT SIZE and design .the door shelves r wide enough and tall enough for even the tallest bottle or widest container. The clear design of shelving and doors is genius.the freezer has equal brilliant designing. It is also SO QUIET...can't hear it run.So so pleased!,
