Decent picture but not suited to cable

Bought this as I have two other Samsung tvs that I like. This is nothing like them. Problems having to restart and reconnect to wifi. Wanted to use it with my Spectrum and it’s a pain to do. Took me 28 minutes last night to resume the show I was watching downstairs when I went up to the bedroom.

Samsung Smart TV

What a simple and easy setup. Excellent picture and sound quality.. I bought this for my daughters bedroom, she loves it as she can connect her phone and Alexa turns it on and off.. lazy I know, but a good feature as kids do tend to leave TVs on.. Well done Samsung. Another great and affordable product.

Definitely a SMART tv!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This TV size perfectly fits my small room in my small apartment. I really enjoy the quality of the screen, especially when I’m watching HD content on subscription services like Netflix and Paramount Plus. The animation is displayed so smoothly and clearly on screen. I love the HDMI feature and use it frequently to broadcast stuff from my laptop. The noises are nice and clear.

If you need to connect using WiFi buy another TV

this tv has a great picture but if you need to connect via wifi do not waste your money. i am using it in my camper and need to connect to my hotspot on my phone because there is no cable. it took me an hour of going around in a circle before it finally recognized my phone, then when i turned this tv off and back on it was another hour to get it to connect again. i contacted support and they logged on to my tv live and after about an hour they got it to connect. but now i have to unplug the tv and plug it back in every time i want to get it to connect to the wifi

I like the image clear and colorful

I bought this a while ago and I still can't figure out how to use half of the things on it it's very frustrating I think really simple information and what's free and what's not because I'm being hit on for a lot of money that I don't wanna spend just want to use that thing and I can't cause there's 1 million things glaring down at me

Still love Samsung but TV could be tweaked

Bought both a 32" and a 50" UHD TV for my mom and I, pricing couldn't be better for the quality and sizes. The picture quality, size and price are perfect. The odd thing that occurred was, because the picture is so bright & clear with UHD/4k TV, when you watch horror movies they're too 'bright' or 'well lit' and no longer as scary, lol. My other issue is the amount of HDMI and other slots as you need more, hence why I didnt give it a perfect score. The previous models had more hdmi/ USB slots than these. I ended up buying an hdmi splitter to plug in all my equipment, soundbar, multiple video game systems, etc. Another issue we both had was when you first start using the TV, the remote were very wonky, not registering when pointed at the TV, very sensative when pressing the buttons so you would fly by the selection you were trying to make. They didnt work properly until after updating twice. Sometimes there are connectivity issues. This used to happened during the first 2 weeks, but again, after updating it seems to have corrected itself. Otherwise, so far, both TVs are doing well.

Works ok but the sound acts up every now and then.

Works ok but the sound acts up every now and then. On day 3 it sounded super loud and messed up. I ended up resetting the whole tv to fix it but it did fix it. Now every now and then the sound acts up and I have to reset the tv and it does fix it. Unfortunately it's a bit of a pain to re-log in on everything to get it all working but it can be done. Sound and picture normally is fine by me!

Amazing TV

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The picture on this tv is crystal clear and the colours are vibrant, perfect for movies and gaming. Connection is always good which has been a problem with other brands smart tv’s. Great to have all apps in one place.

picture great, sound horrible

The TV picture is excellent. That being the most important item. The legs that the TV sits on are very flimsy and seem to be tilted to the back. The biggest issue is the sound. We've had a few different brands of TV's and the sound on this is like the cheapest TV you can buy. They have adjustments in the menu, but it makes no difference. Very tinny sound and no depth whatsoever. now i have to buy a soundbar to add to the mix. if you are looking for good...even reasonable sound...keep looking.

Good TV Great picture

Arrived on time. Well packaged. Easy to set up. Much lighter than our old TV. Great picture, good sound. Fits perfectly in our corner cupboard. Just what we were looking for although we will probably never use some of the smart features. We have cable TV so have to use the Xfinity control for changing channels, and the Sony control for on/off.
