I took too long to finally get this TV!

I love this TV! I have been wanting this model for awhile and since my son already had his smart TV for awhile it was time. This smart TV is so clear and has the potential to get very loud. The only thing I didn't like was that the screen was a little dark at first. It comes set with some kind of automatic ambient lighting. I went to settings and turned this feature off and now its perfect and it won't just dim out because of the lighting in the room. It comes with the power cord and brackets so that it will stand.

Mystery Sound Trouble Solved

I like the pic quality and the sound is better now. I don’t know what happened, but the sound was loud and static like when I turned on the tv about two days after setup. I did what I was told to do and it was suggested that I call for a tech appt., but when I turned it on much later, the sound was good! It is good fit for my bedroom.

Two remotes for one t.v. , are you kidding me?

The last tv I bought from Sam's was easier to set up, operate, less expensive and had better picture clarity. It also takes 2 remotes to operate it. I thought Samsung would be better than Visio, but this one is not. The sound is not good and it takes two remotes to operate it I accidentally knocked the first one off the shelf and shattered the monitor when it was less than 1 year old. It was the best.

Great little TV

After a few bumps in the road getting it here, it was worth the wait. Great little tv, beautiful picture. Wish the sound was a little better but works fine in the bedroom. Was worth the little extra cost. I would recommend it to anyone needing a tv for a smaller room.

Great TV

Replaced my 11 year old dumb TV with this one and BOY HOWDY! It has great picture and sound plus steams free TV channel lineup from Samsung. The hardest part was figuring out which way the legs attached! A little setup with my TV provider on Aspect and we were up and running. Very happy.

No earphone jack, no competent customer service.

TV comes with no instruction manual and has no manual (button) controls. Samsung onscreen direction to set up TV is : "connect TV remote to your smartphone". I don't have a smartphone - instruction was a waste of my time. TV has no earphone jack, and sound from internal speakers on the TV is tinny. When I called Samsung customer service - their customer service agents can barely understand English - the agent hung up on me after half an hour of unsuccessfully trying to tell me how to route the audio output from the TV RCA jacks ( again, no earphone jack) to my own speakers. That was only the first problem with the TV - didn't get to the others ( color, brightness, contrast ), because the Samsung agent hung up on me. Refusal of Samsung to tell potential customers that TV requires a smartphone to access user manual, and has no earphone jack, amounts to deception by omission and wastes a great deal of time of some potential buyers. Needless to say, TV was returned the day after it was received.

Operation is Difficult, Not Intuitive

I bought 3 new TVs and this is the only one I am returning. I found the TV very difficult to set up and operate. Did not automatically include channels like HBOMax, now Max and PBS. I had to add them individually and this was time consuming and difficult. The remote is complicated. In the end, I decided that it was more grief than it was worth and decided to return it.

Don't buy it.

It has a very weak volume. I bought it because I loved the one I had which has a broken on/off seitch. this one is very different and it seems that they could have left it alone. I am trying to find a TV repair that can put a new on/off switch in my old one..but it seems impossible.

Great Small Television

Excellent picture! Extremely happy with this TV and since it is a Samsung you get free access to their personal streaming channels. The remote takes a little to get used to as some of their buttons are in a different location compared to other remotes. The mounting screws on the rear of the TV for wall mounting are extremely small but with some small washers I found I was able to make it work.

Another great Samsung product!!

Purchased this tv online and picked up at the store. It arrived on the date promised. I replaced a 24-inch Samsung that we've had for nine years that's still working well.. The 32-inch Samsung is actually being used in our master bathroom which is pretty spacious. Easy to set up for viewing pretty quickly using the cell phone app. A crisp clear picture with good sound.
