Stupidly complicated to do the initial set up. Samsung doesn’t tell you in any of the manuals that you have to get on YouTube to find the hacks to get into the system to just get the Bluetooth turned on to function correctly. Remote control will not communicate with the TV unless in a short straight line to it. And yes I put new batteries in it. And after all that I never got it to connect to any Bluetooth speakers that I have. Never ever will I buy Samsung again.

I bought this for my wife because I knew she would be bedridden after impending surgery. Now a couple of months later, and on a second tv, still don't have a TV that will play YouTubeTV which is our preferred streaming service. Spent hours on the phone with support, finally convinced them that their YouTubeTV app is broken. All other streaming services worked fine. Beautiful picture, just no YouTubeTV. Took a couple of weeks to actually receive a replacement. Turned it on - great picture, streamed Prime and other services, just not YouTubeTV. Uninstalled and reinstalled YTTV app, and still bad. I just hooked up a Roku to the HDMI port and she is watching on that until I get thru with support - again. If you never on using YTTV app, its a great picture. I don't think I should need to add a Roku stick to a 'smart' TV. Can't wait to go through support all over again. I did buy the Walmart extended warranty.

I love Samsung TVs. I bought this one for my exercise room. It is light weight, was easy to hang. The picture quality was great, connected right up to my network for streaming and had great options for apps. I especially love that Samsung TVs have a web browser and I can work while exercising.

I bought this TV because my Sony is finally going out after many years. This TV is horrible. The volume is low, the picture quality is-1, the remote control does not light up. Trying to get to your apps is difficult- it keeps bumping to Samsung TV instead of HDM. I am returning it today.

I bought 3 new TVs and this is the only one I am returning. I found the TV very difficult to set up and operate. Did not automatically include channels like HBOMax, now Max and PBS. I had to add them individually and this was time consuming and difficult. The remote is complicated. In the end, I decided that it was more grief than it was worth and decided to return it.

They know it needs to know how to measure for one of these TVs. It's not street across the bottom of the top, it's diagonally from one corner to the bottom from the bottom corner to the top corner on the opposite side that's where you measure Them. So I got when that was a little bit too small but I'm not worried about it. I was getting another one and Walmart of course was always great with what they do. The delivery was good and the standard. Well, I'm always pleased with what Walmart does. Especially the one In Fowlerville....

I just set the TV up Thanksgiving. Love the remote, because the Samsung TV we bought 2 years ago has a awful remote, but love the TV. This new TV in the bedroom, just the right size. I wish it had a microphone to click on, so I didn't have to put my email in so many times, if it has one, didn't find. Had a few problems finding the apps I wanted and some wouldn't go on, but I’m pretty sure that's my problem. Hopefully I will figure out soon, if not, get my grandkids to help, lol. So has great remote, color good, plus I think you can’t go wrong with Samsung, because our first big screen Samsung TV lasted 15 years. So I figure this small size TV will last even longer.

Good picture and easy set up. Screws didn't fit legs but we found some to replace If you try to add cable ir satellite it's not super simple Scan for scan for channels abs try to set it on o e your other Tv used I had to get help making changer work but that's not too hard Would recommend

Replaced my 11 year old dumb TV with this one and BOY HOWDY! It has great picture and sound plus steams free TV channel lineup from Samsung. The hardest part was figuring out which way the legs attached! A little setup with my TV provider on Aspect and we were up and running. Very happy.
