Christmas gift for my father in law. He loves it as he is new to this streaming technology. He finds Netflix and Hulu very entertaining and now it’s on his tv. It’s not the biggest tv but he wanted it for his bedroom and the picture is very clear. He finds it easy to work.

I bought this for my wife because I knew she would be bedridden after impending surgery. Now a couple of months later, and on a second tv, still don't have a TV that will play YouTubeTV which is our preferred streaming service. Spent hours on the phone with support, finally convinced them that their YouTubeTV app is broken. All other streaming services worked fine. Beautiful picture, just no YouTubeTV. Took a couple of weeks to actually receive a replacement. Turned it on - great picture, streamed Prime and other services, just not YouTubeTV. Uninstalled and reinstalled YTTV app, and still bad. I just hooked up a Roku to the HDMI port and she is watching on that until I get thru with support - again. If you never on using YTTV app, its a great picture. I don't think I should need to add a Roku stick to a 'smart' TV. Can't wait to go through support all over again. I did buy the Walmart extended warranty.

Was reasonably priced %26 OK….Sound %26 Picture Not so OK! After Speaking with Samsung %26 My Satellite provider Dish Network Found that this TV %26 Remote are Not compatible with My Dish Remote %26 would have to continue to use both remotes…This Won’t work for us %26 we will be returning this item for refund ASAP!!!

I've had this tv for 3 months and it's fine EXCEPT that sometimes it will not turn on. To do so, I have to unplug the power cord and the HDMI cable and then plug the HDMI cable back in first, then the power cord and it will turn on. This happens about every few weeks. ANNOYING!!!! Other than that, it's fine.

Color is remarkable. Sound is fantastic. Replaced a Vizio older tv and am glad I did. Only problem is that the remote isn't that responsive but not bad. Would highly recommend this. Was using a sound bar on old tv but this sound is better and clearer so I don't use the bar anymore.

It has a very weak volume. I bought it because I loved the one I had which has a broken on/off seitch. this one is very different and it seems that they could have left it alone. I am trying to find a TV repair that can put a new on/off switch in my old one..but it seems impossible.

Cable and rca plugs connections are located in the very back which makes it unusable with back plate for wall mounts. I had to off set my back plate to have access to connections. Very poorly designed. And the Chinese still think speakers anywhere is okay. Doesn’t make sense to put them in back or on bottom. That’s crazy.

Delivery was earlier than expected. Packaging was robust and TV arrived in good condition. Instructions were simple and clear. Installation went mostly well. There was a problem with the cable box which the cable company replaced, but that was not Samsung’s fault. The set now woks great with lots of features and I’m very happy.

It had a good price for the features I was looking for. It was easy to set and install. Review of and agreement to the terms and conditions should have been separate from set up. I don't like mixing the cell phone interface with the set up. It's a TV. Let me use it as such.

I love Samsung TVs. I bought this one for my exercise room. It is light weight, was easy to hang. The picture quality was great, connected right up to my network for streaming and had great options for apps. I especially love that Samsung TVs have a web browser and I can work while exercising.
