I like this TV so far. Have only had it for a week. The setup of the TV was simple. I plugged my Blu-Ray, DVR, and Apple TV into it during the setup. There is one drawback about the number of HDMI ports on this TV; there are only 2. I was able to purchase an HDMI switch that allows plugging four HDMI capable devices into it, so that way I can access multiple HDMI devices despite the TV only having two HDMI ports. My last TV was a Vizio, and it had four HDMI ports. I use a Bose soundbar for the audio and that was easy to connect using the optical audio port. I do like that there is a USB port on this TV. The TV is smaller than my last TV even though the screen size is identical. I think the stand is smaller, so it takes up less room in my entertainment cabinet. Some reviewers stated that the menu access on this TV was not good, however, I like it. I have been able to easily access all functions using the included remote control. I do like that the TV has a guide function which shows a grid of what is playing now, and in the future on the screen. A significant drawback on this TV is the channel scanning function. When I originally scanned for channels, I found that some of the local stations were not coming in. The TV does not allow for a partial channel search. When you rescan, if any channels don’t come in that time, you lose them in the channel list. My Vizio TV allowed me to do a partial channel search and add any new channels that are found. This TV does not allow that. I like the internet connectivity of this TV. We don’t have home internet yet…but when we get that I believe this TV will be able to access the web for content. I’m looking forward to that. The picture is very good on this TV. There are several modes that can be selected which alter the picture. Also, you can customize the picture however you want. The price of this TV was good at SamsClub. The TV only weighs about 11 pounds. It is also energy certified and uses only $7 of energy per year. I would recommend this TV to a friend. Consumer Reports rated it very highly and that influenced my decision to buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had thus TV for a week so we shall see how well it holds up. I am NOT happy that this is a 2018 model. 5 years old!😠 Did not know it was a 2018 model until I registered it with Samsung. If I had known that I would not have purchased it.

Excellent picture! Extremely happy with this TV and since it is a Samsung you get free access to their personal streaming channels. The remote takes a little to get used to as some of their buttons are in a different location compared to other remotes. The mounting screws on the rear of the TV for wall mounting are extremely small but with some small washers I found I was able to make it work.

I have another Samsung TV and I can't turn them both on at the same time because the remote is on the same frequency as the other one that's a terrible design quality by Samsung when I use remote on one TV it operates the other one which I don't want it to do

I purchased this smart tv to put in my home office. Im very pleased with the purchase. The color and picture quality are great. The only item to be aware of is the stand / feet are a bit tricky to get on. It requires aiming a screw and rather hoping for the best that you hit the holes. It took me a couple of tries.

Good picture and sound. Easy to see from across the kitchen. No QC problems with it (failure to turn on, etc as some have reported). The only down side I have seen with it so far is the viewing angle. It seems that the picture becomes difficult to see when viewed from even a slight angle. Not a problem with our application. Instant on and always returns to the same HDMI input at startup.

Delivery was earlier than expected. Packaging was robust and TV arrived in good condition. Instructions were simple and clear. Installation went mostly well. There was a problem with the cable box which the cable company replaced, but that was not Samsung’s fault. The set now woks great with lots of features and I’m very happy.

Color is remarkable. Sound is fantastic. Replaced a Vizio older tv and am glad I did. Only problem is that the remote isn't that responsive but not bad. Would highly recommend this. Was using a sound bar on old tv but this sound is better and clearer so I don't use the bar anymore.

I just set the TV up Thanksgiving. Love the remote, because the Samsung TV we bought 2 years ago has a awful remote, but love the TV. This new TV in the bedroom, just the right size. I wish it had a microphone to click on, so I didn't have to put my email in so many times, if it has one, didn't find. Had a few problems finding the apps I wanted and some wouldn't go on, but I’m pretty sure that's my problem. Hopefully I will figure out soon, if not, get my grandkids to help, lol. So has great remote, color good, plus I think you can’t go wrong with Samsung, because our first big screen Samsung TV lasted 15 years. So I figure this small size TV will last even longer.

This Samsung smart TV is a good buy and would serve the purpose of a bedroom set if my vision were better. It has to be returned for a larger set I'm sad to say because I liked it and was able to connect it myself after my husband set it up for me. We're both in our late seventies and didn't have any problems.
