I like the pic quality and the sound is better now. I don’t know what happened, but the sound was loud and static like when I turned on the tv about two days after setup. I did what I was told to do and it was suggested that I call for a tech appt., but when I turned it on much later, the sound was good! It is good fit for my bedroom.

I bought this TV because my Sony is finally going out after many years. This TV is horrible. The volume is low, the picture quality is-1, the remote control does not light up. Trying to get to your apps is difficult- it keeps bumping to Samsung TV instead of HDM. I am returning it today.

Terrific. The picture is sharp and clear. It was easy to setup and a friend helped me to get it started. Needed a extra cord which arrived the next day from Walmart. I am loving having this new beautiful TV at such a good price. Thank you WALMART and Samsung!!!

I bought this sweet little TV for my shop. Looks great on the wall. Its small enough not to take up too much space but big enough to see from across the room. Sound is great. The picture is great. The streaming capability is awesome. My shop is at the back of my property where my ipad was having issues picking up a signal. Turns on quickly, easy to set up and navigate. I have no complaints. I am so glad I bought this TV over the TCL and Vizio. Now I can work all day in my shop while watching Korean Dramas and youtube LOL No hassles it does what it should and at a decent price you can't go wrong.

TV looks good so far, but delivery service disappointing. Co. left TV in driveway, with no protection, on a day calling for rain. Signs everywhere stating to leave on front porch which is covered. Had to wait for family to bring in house. Fortunately no heavy rain!

I purchased this smart tv to put in my home office. Im very pleased with the purchase. The color and picture quality are great. The only item to be aware of is the stand / feet are a bit tricky to get on. It requires aiming a screw and rather hoping for the best that you hit the holes. It took me a couple of tries.

The response time when using the Remote is horrendous. I have this TV connected directly to my 1gB Router via an ethernet cable, with basically nothing else connected to the router, and I'm getting to the point of just turning this "Tv" into a simple monitor and purchase something else. Navigating / changing channels / or simply muting is Unbelievable - it's like the Tv is in constant catch-up mode, just poor...

The last tv I bought from Sam's was easier to set up, operate, less expensive and had better picture clarity. It also takes 2 remotes to operate it. I thought Samsung would be better than Visio, but this one is not. The sound is not good and it takes two remotes to operate it I accidentally knocked the first one off the shelf and shattered the monitor when it was less than 1 year old. It was the best.

I like this TV so far. Have only had it for a week. The setup of the TV was simple. I plugged my Blu-Ray, DVR, and Apple TV into it during the setup. There is one drawback about the number of HDMI ports on this TV; there are only 2. I was able to purchase an HDMI switch that allows plugging four HDMI capable devices into it, so that way I can access multiple HDMI devices despite the TV only having two HDMI ports. My last TV was a Vizio, and it had four HDMI ports. I use a Bose soundbar for the audio and that was easy to connect using the optical audio port. I do like that there is a USB port on this TV. The TV is smaller than my last TV even though the screen size is identical. I think the stand is smaller, so it takes up less room in my entertainment cabinet. Some reviewers stated that the menu access on this TV was not good, however, I like it. I have been able to easily access all functions using the included remote control. I do like that the TV has a guide function which shows a grid of what is playing now, and in the future on the screen. A significant drawback on this TV is the channel scanning function. When I originally scanned for channels, I found that some of the local stations were not coming in. The TV does not allow for a partial channel search. When you rescan, if any channels don’t come in that time, you lose them in the channel list. My Vizio TV allowed me to do a partial channel search and add any new channels that are found. This TV does not allow that. I like the internet connectivity of this TV. We don’t have home internet yet…but when we get that I believe this TV will be able to access the web for content. I’m looking forward to that. The picture is very good on this TV. There are several modes that can be selected which alter the picture. Also, you can customize the picture however you want. The price of this TV was good at SamsClub. The TV only weighs about 11 pounds. It is also energy certified and uses only $7 of energy per year. I would recommend this TV to a friend. Consumer Reports rated it very highly and that influenced my decision to buy it.

This is the 6th Samsung TV I have bought. I bought this one to take the place of an older Samsung which no longer had sound. This Smart TV is not the easiest to figure out. You have to search for apps every time you turn it on. Not to mention that it has that weird smell that some new TVs have. If I had put it in the cabinet I originally bought it for, the smell was overwhelming. I had to switch TVs so that I could put this one in an open area until the smell dissipates, which will probably take months.
