Delivery was earlier than expected. Packaging was robust and TV arrived in good condition. Instructions were simple and clear. Installation went mostly well. There was a problem with the cable box which the cable company replaced, but that was not Samsung’s fault. The set now woks great with lots of features and I’m very happy.

Purchased this tv online and picked up at the store. It arrived on the date promised. I replaced a 24-inch Samsung that we've had for nine years that's still working well.. The 32-inch Samsung is actually being used in our master bathroom which is pretty spacious. Easy to set up for viewing pretty quickly using the cell phone app. A crisp clear picture with good sound.

Sadly the sound went out on it after less than two days. absolute crap. I have 6 of their tv's and unfortunately Samsung products continue to get worse rather than better. I am returning this to the store. I'd give it negative stars if possible.

I like it much better than the VISIO model. This one has more connections including an Ethernet jack if you do not want to use WiFi. Also the speakers are great. With the VISIO the speakers buzzed and rattled at certain frequencies. Another big difference is this set has on screen TV Guide and the Visio does not.

I like this TV so far. Have only had it for a week. The setup of the TV was simple. I plugged my Blu-Ray, DVR, and Apple TV into it during the setup. There is one drawback about the number of HDMI ports on this TV; there are only 2. I was able to purchase an HDMI switch that allows plugging four HDMI capable devices into it, so that way I can access multiple HDMI devices despite the TV only having two HDMI ports. My last TV was a Vizio, and it had four HDMI ports. I use a Bose soundbar for the audio and that was easy to connect using the optical audio port. I do like that there is a USB port on this TV. The TV is smaller than my last TV even though the screen size is identical. I think the stand is smaller, so it takes up less room in my entertainment cabinet. Some reviewers stated that the menu access on this TV was not good, however, I like it. I have been able to easily access all functions using the included remote control. I do like that the TV has a guide function which shows a grid of what is playing now, and in the future on the screen. A significant drawback on this TV is the channel scanning function. When I originally scanned for channels, I found that some of the local stations were not coming in. The TV does not allow for a partial channel search. When you rescan, if any channels don’t come in that time, you lose them in the channel list. My Vizio TV allowed me to do a partial channel search and add any new channels that are found. This TV does not allow that. I like the internet connectivity of this TV. We don’t have home internet yet…but when we get that I believe this TV will be able to access the web for content. I’m looking forward to that. The picture is very good on this TV. There are several modes that can be selected which alter the picture. Also, you can customize the picture however you want. The price of this TV was good at SamsClub. The TV only weighs about 11 pounds. It is also energy certified and uses only $7 of energy per year. I would recommend this TV to a friend. Consumer Reports rated it very highly and that influenced my decision to buy it.

It has a very weak volume. I bought it because I loved the one I had which has a broken on/off seitch. this one is very different and it seems that they could have left it alone. I am trying to find a TV repair that can put a new on/off switch in my old one..but it seems impossible.

I purchased this smart tv to put in my home office. Im very pleased with the purchase. The color and picture quality are great. The only item to be aware of is the stand / feet are a bit tricky to get on. It requires aiming a screw and rather hoping for the best that you hit the holes. It took me a couple of tries.

This Samsung smart TV is a good buy and would serve the purpose of a bedroom set if my vision were better. It has to be returned for a larger set I'm sad to say because I liked it and was able to connect it myself after my husband set it up for me. We're both in our late seventies and didn't have any problems.

This will always be one of my favorite TVs. This is my second one. Easy set up, and it that takes less than 5 minutes. It comes with all of the favorite apps. Netflix, Hulu, Disney , paramount plus, Tubu, YouTube, plus more. The picture quality is GREAT! My only problem would be the sound. It has very clear sound, it just doesn’t sound that loud, when it’s turned up to the max, and absolutely no bass. But that can easily be solved, with a sound bar. I use these in the kids bedroom and playroom. This tv is perfect.

Good Quality Picture, has options although the sound (TV Speakers) Disappointed me very much! The speaker(s) sound is not good QUALITY at all and rattles/chirps and is nerve racking! I originally bought a Vizio 32" and the sound is so very much better and the picture is very much better and also and the Vizio was over $130.00 less in price! My wife wanted a larger TV than what was in the bedroom so I gave the Vizio to her and went and bought/ordered a SAMSUNG 32" Class FHD (1080P) Smart LED TV (UN32N5300) which was a mistake! I am shocked because Samsung has always been my families and friends choice! I will either return it (bought a 4 year ext. warranty) or have to spend more money for a good sound bar!!! NOT HAPPY!!! I didn't want to leave Negative, BUT I must from this experience,sorry.
