It’s ok… not well thought out and confusing instructions. It seems to be built well but something don’t line up like they say. Some bolts were stripped during the install and overall seems like the instructions were rushed to be made.

It is a great product, how ever it came in damaged on one panel. Replacement parts can't be ordered. Sam's club gave me enough discount to cover the damage and fix it instead. My grandson was very happy on Christmas day.

Easy to put together and the grandson loves it! My grandson wants to play on it everyday, he heads for it when he gets off the bus. He likes playing on the slides and swings more than watching dinosaur cartoons.

We bought this for my 4 1/2 year old daughter as a Christmas present. It honestly took 14hrs with 3 people but we did not sort anything before we started which probably would have saved time. Everything was in the box with zero damage. It is very cute and I would definitely recommend it. We paid $999 for it which I felt like was a great price for it.

The Good: The product itself is great. The quality of the pieces is high. Each piece is stamped with its unique numbers. The hardware bags are well labeled. The bad: The instructions could be 100x easier. There are 6 numbered boxes with TONS of pieces. Do not make the assumption that you start with box 1. The instructions are in Box 3. They refer to piece numbers. Nowhere does it state which box the piece comes in. I highly recommend starting by going through the boxes and just organizing the pieces in some system that makes sense to you. If the company sends me a list of the parts in each box, I would gladly mark up the instructions for the ease of future users. I would do it now but I didn't keep track as I went. This would make it a 5* for me as the worst part of assembly was wasting time to find a piece.

It was a pain to put together. Errors in the instructions. "Pre-drilled" holes not pre drilled. Many of the boards had the numbers worn off. Trying to identify what board goes where while dealing with many split boards that were junk was frustrating. For the price you'd think it'd be better quality. Spent an entire weekend putting together a poorly planned/built structure and sanding down boards so little kids don't get splinters. All in all, it's a poorly designed structure for small children. Age limit should be 5-6 years old MAX.

Not sure why everyone says it takes forever to assemble this. The 10-14 hour time it states is pretty accurate. I assembled it by myself in about 10 hours. You will need a drill, hammer, tape measure, a Phillips head attachment, 11mm and 13mm hex attachment, 11 and 13mm deep lug socket and ratchet, and 2 Allen wrench attachments (can’t remember sizes), I also used a 6in extension for the upper window screws because the angle is awkward for a drill. The drill hex attachment and Allen wrench attachment will save a lot of time. I removed all the wood and organized it numerically, this helped a lot as well (Took maybe 30-45 minutes). It might take 2 people for the frame assembly and attaching the swingset beam, but everything else is a one person job, even the roof. The wood seems a little cheap, but that’s how every playset is for this price. Once installed it is pretty durable. There was a hole in the roof (it was a knothole, not damage), but I will apply filler and it will fix any leaks. Overall it seems like a great playset for the price!

The stated 6 hour set up time is very far off unless your a contractor or engineer. You need more tools than stated. If the directions would state what box each piece was in it would save a lot of time. I'm sure better instructions can be written. It's not a project for every one. Luckily my son-in-law is very handy and has a garage full of tools. It still took 2 days.

Didn’t receive all the parts

Overall it is a nice swingset. Had some problems getting it delivered. Got it damaged and after multiple calls I finaly got a fix to the problem.
