Got it as a gift for my sons for their birthdays. I love the look for our backyard. It is nice. Customer service is great. If you miss me parts or some parts are broken or defect, they will ship replacements to you. Just need to contact Kids Kraft. The woods are not that thick. But if you build yourself, it would probably cost near this much ($1000 on sale) anyway and this is ready. I built a mini deck to put it under so we can sit inside for the kitchen area. That’s nicer than the empty base I think. Some of the woods still have some cracks after the final installation. Some of those pieces are very hard to replace when it’s all set up so I am debating if I need to contact them again for replacement. In short, I would highly recommend this. Both for the design, usefulness and customer service. I keep looking at it when it is complete in our backyard. It makes our backyard nicer I believe.

After spending days assembling this structure and having to fix broken wood pieces we were so excited to see the joy on the grandkids faces only to discover the slides get incredibly hot when the sun is shining! I know some of you are saying “well slides got hot when I was a kid”and I agree. BUT I know from having a different brand of playset for my kids that not all slides get hot in the sun. I’m so disappointed and frustrated I’m at a loss as to what I should do.. disassemble the entire set and find a way to return it? Or keep it and have 2 basically unusable slides just sitting there taunting my grandkids every sunny day? Very disappointed!!!!!!

Great value for the price

Very easy to build. Was missing some parts & they were sent very fast to us! My kids enjoy playing all the time!

The wood damages easily. Took 18 hours to put together. I feel it's cheaply made for the cost. Definitely small for older kids.

Easy to put together and the grandson loves it! My grandson wants to play on it everyday, he heads for it when he gets off the bus. He likes playing on the slides and swings more than watching dinosaur cartoons.

It’s ok… not well thought out and confusing instructions. It seems to be built well but something don’t line up like they say. Some bolts were stripped during the install and overall seems like the instructions were rushed to be made.

This swing set is great. My grandchildren love it! It does take quite a bit of time to assemble. It took my 2 sons a full day to assemble the swing set, but it was worth it.

Compared how expensive everything is now a days, you get what you payed for. Not big but good size for a medium yard. Kids, 9 and 3 loved it. Took 3 days to installed, about 15 hours totaled.

Instructions are not perfect but workable. Materials are labeled wrong so it’s confusing. Definitely takes 1 person 15 hours. Probably more if not a skilled laborer.
