Grandsons love it. My son-in-law had to open 4 boxes to find the instructions. Then you have to go through every box to find parts that go together. Packing could use some improvements. But the the main thing is the boys are enjoying it.

This swing set is great. My grandchildren love it! It does take quite a bit of time to assemble. It took my 2 sons a full day to assemble the swing set, but it was worth it.

The stated 6 hour set up time is very far off unless your a contractor or engineer. You need more tools than stated. If the directions would state what box each piece was in it would save a lot of time. I'm sure better instructions can be written. It's not a project for every one. Luckily my son-in-law is very handy and has a garage full of tools. It still took 2 days.

This is a great play set for the price! It did take a long time to put together, about 16 hours. We had 2-4 people throughout that time working on it. I highly recommend doing an inventory before doing anything else. We used plastic cups to put the screws and nails in, and taped the bags to the outside. Easy to find them and keep track that way. We had no missing parts and nothing was damaged. Shipping was much faster than expected. They did deliver it outside of the time we scheduled, but my husband was able to leave work to sign for it. I think the instructions were slightly confusing, but not terrible. My 3 year old daughter is obsessed with this thing! Also, note that the sides do get hot in the sun. Ouch! Overall, I'd recommend this set.

I will start off by saying that my 3 year old has had no problems and is quite happy with this swing set that we got him last summer. From a parent's perspective however, assembling it is not easy and takes a lot of time & patience along with knowledge of building or engineering. Once it w as set up it was good but wood is pretty flimsy and after one very mild winter it looks 10 years old and the steps, monkey bars, etc. are chopped and splintered and will have to be fixed or replaced before child can use it. Canopies also all fell apart before last summer ended and the screen windows are so thin bugs landing on it tears it. For amount you pay for it it's pretty disappointing.

Overall it is a nice swingset. Had some problems getting it delivered. Got it damaged and after multiple calls I finaly got a fix to the problem.

From setup to finish the team was very helpful with any questions or problems. It's all anyone could ask and such a good price.

Terrible instructions! Best to purchase from a company that specializes in these gyms to ease installation issues.
